]I had got a dna 30 clone the other day and I build 1.0 ohm coil on a Russian 91 % and I fire the dna at 13.7 watts just fine then I try to lower the watts any lower than 13.7 watts it doesn't fire very good this happens with a 1.1 ohm build but I can fire at 12.6 watts just fine any lower it won't fire is thus normal for these mid I'm new to these mod I use a mech mod until a week ago I got this just wondering if this is normal or is it a bad one I build a coil to .5 ohm and the same thing would fire until i took the watts up to 25.5 and input would help THANKS

I've got an identical setup on my genuine DNA30 (VaporShark) and run it right at 13.0 watts.

It will fire it all the way down to 10.2 ohms before it starts to blink the ohms indicator, no matter what condition the battery is in.
The volume starts to taper off below 11 watts on mine but still works fine.

I suspect the clone is using a different formula and/or electronics for the regulation.

Edit:
I respectfully disagree with the theoretical math answer you got in the ATV forum.
My builds run anywhere from 0.8 to 1.1 ohms and none of them has an issue at 13W.
