I have some of each of the following:

Liquinator
DCC MAP tank
jonboyusmc Lava tank
and am waiting on the Depth Charge tank from Vapor-Age.

Each one is good, but as far as looks go, the Lava tank and the new Depth Charge tank are on the very top of the list! I haven't had any problems with any of the tanks themselves; no leaking, no cracking, etc. It's the carto's that can be a pain! If they are cut/punched too deep, the leak like crazy and the dual coils are the worst for leaking for some reason.

So I would just advise to choose which one you like the looks of best and then go from there :)

I should add all of mine are carto tanks, because I can't stand using CE2's!

i've heard others who don't like using ce2 tanks too. May i ask why? sorry for the newbie questions but the various tanks only work with punched carto? Is there any tank that only uses normal atty?

To me, CE2's require a lot of cleaning and care, which I am just not good at...and as Pete said, they do leak in tanks. With the carto tanks, you just change out the old carto with a new one and you're good to go. Very easy and no fussing! :)

I have one of Stormy's CE2 tanks, and can attest to her claim against leaking- never lost a drop. But, I'm just not crazy about CE2s. I'm expecting a couple of her new Baby Notta tanks to arrive today that use pre-cut Boge cartos. Not sure how they'll measure up yet, but I'm hopeful. Stormy's tanks may not hold as much, or be made with SS and such; but if you're looking for something less expensive they're not a bad alternative - you can buy 3 or 4 of them for the cost of 1 of the more expensive tanks.

I've got:

MAP Tank
J-Tank
VPX Tank
Liquinator
Torpedo Tank
VapeMate
Atomic E-Ball

The best ones, for me, are the ones that use a cartomizer. Specifically the J-Tank and the Liquinator. They're the only ones that have NEVER leaked.

i'm looking more on carto tank than ce2 tank. nice list of tanks you have there! :)

yup, it sure do help me alot with the list and this link... :)

Thanks, I did a big review of them all on my VapeTV show.

You might want to check out this link: J-TANKS

Jason, the guy who owns electronicstix is a good man, he ships fast and really stands behind his product. Looks like the standard J-Tank is out of stock, but the one that is designed for dual coil cartos is available today.

Both. Seems the more popular they become, the more vendors offer them pre-slit/punched. Or you can do it yourself. I haven't done it myself yet, but there appears to be several methods, from dremels to roofing nails.

Or you can buy a Jig and Punch set at Welcome to Vapor Age - Step out of the smoke..... in about 2 hours from now, once the get put up on the site.

Or you can just drill a sheetmetal screw right through the whole thing and call it a day....
