Hello Pupacakes and welcome!

Couple of questions. What strength nicotine are you vaping? ALso what flavors are you vaping, not sure if that has anything to do with it, but our experts (which I am not) might want to know.

One thing it could possibly be.........when I started vaping, I totally forgot about snacks. Are you eating at the proper times and all that?

thank you
good to see you here. :)

I have a few posts in the threads mentioned above. When I first tried vaping (drugstore BLU with menthol flavor), my glucose spiked like crazy too. Was very disappointed and thought I would not be able to vape. A few months later, I tried again with a non-menthol (24 mg/ml nic) and was shocked to see that my glucose readings seemed unaffected. I now vape carmel, coffee flavored juices and don't really like the fruity stuff, so I have very limited experience in the effect of different juices. But, I know that menthol is not possible for me.

Hope you find something that works for you!

Don't give up yet. You're Nicotine Level in the Juice could be too low or you might have allergies.

Below is how you eliminate these factors.

1. Buy a bottle of 60mg Nicotine Base (I suggest VG but you may need to order both PG and VG to complete the allergy elimination part) from Discount Vapers, Rts or Wizard Labs. Spike the mix you are using to a higher Nic Level. This will eliminate the factor of not enough Nicotine. Nicotine does help blood sugar issues for some people (Debatable). Note: Spiking your mix is not recommended for Newbies. Please investigate on the threads about this before doing it. It can be dangerous.
2. Buy a bottle of e-liquid organic from Virgin Vapors or Vaperite. This will eliminate the factor that you are allergic to artificial ingredients and or PG. Do not choose Tobacco Flavor it is a VG Pg Mix.
3. If you purchase from Vaperite go to the section for natural flavors and purchase a bottle of 100% PG Flavored Liquid. This will eliminate the possibility of a VG allergy.
4. Just on the off chance that you are having a reaction to polyfill. Take a look at the Vivi Nova Cartomizer. It uses wick not Polyfill.

If none of the steps above work than Vaping may not be for you. It's worth the extra work and money to try to fix your problem because vaping is considered to be much healthier than analogs, although long term studies don't exist.
