ready to upgrade

Ive been using the E cig for about 8 or 9 months and I feel I am ready for an upgrade. Ive been using the 21st Century starter stuff you get from Rite Aid and have been buying my own 50/50 oil and refilling the old carts.

Currents issues i have are battery life, and cart life, I feel like my batter takes to long to recharge and my liquid doesnt last very long.

There is a new e cig show that opened up in my town and I saw some REALLY big cart/atomizers and would be interested in them but this guy is a Hard Core sales men and I dont want to go in there ignorant and get swooned into paying more than i have to. He is selling Pink Shot stuff and brags about all his stuff being made in the USA.

So Of course I want to spend my money wisely and am open to all suggestions.

Ummmmm liquids are made in the US.... equipment not so much. Most of the equipment is manufactured in China.

What are you looking for? Would you be OK with something cigar sized? What about something even larger? What is your lifestyle like? Are you normally able to get to a charger, or do you need something that can go all day? Would you need something that can be charged while you're using it on a USB passthrough? Do you vape the same liquid all day or are you a frequent changer?

Welcome , and it's pink spot , not Pink shot . They are located in North Las Vegas (about 5 miles away ) for me . Their juices are very good , but are on the expensive side . But they are made right here in Vegas . You may want to try the Ego " Twist " or the Ego " Spinner " or even the Kgo VV device . Their around the 30.00 mark . and a cheap way to try out veritable voltage . Also look at the Mini Vivi-Nova tanks , very cheap and work great on those devices . Bear in mind if you run these at the higer voltages , you will sap the battery sooner . Another option , might be an E-power . comes in a kit , I think around 45.00 , but uses replaceable batteries ( cheaper than replacing the Ego's or Kgo's . You get the Battery case , two batteries , a charger , and one or two atty's or carto's . If not carto's . By all means , get some in both LR and SR . So beware of some of these local vendors , they usually have the hard core , but this not that sort of mentality . And you can look at Youtube for some reviews of the devices your interested in . Good Luck

The first sentence says it all, the only U S made device is the provari (that I know of off hand)...and their liquid might be made in the US but the flavorings may come from China...and all of those questions do apply.

i stick with the same liquid until the bottle is about gone, so no I don't change. I have a job that allows me to use any size device and I have access to a wall outlet at work. maybe even a USB port, deff USB port at home, and having it charge while i use it sounds amazing.

also i noticed this 50/50 stuff is more fluid and leaks out of my cart a lot easier when i refill it. I feel like I have to refill the thing way to much. is it VP or PG that has the better throat hit?

Maybe I have been misinformed , but I thought the GLV's and the Reo's , and I know the Phidius's are made in America .

PG has the better throat hit , but using carts , is not the best way to go . Buy some carto's ( I like Boge's ) but any of them will work . And in my first response , I mentioned a Kgo VV device . It is also a pass through device , and you can use it while it's charging . The button is on the flat side , but that's my only complaint about it . They can be found at Hoosier Supply .

I just bought a starter kit from discount vapers. Think it was $24 with shipping. It has a ego battery and a ce4+ clearomizer and charger. Great alternative to the ones you've been using.

Its a hell of a lot easier to refill and clean clearomizers than cartomizers.

I've been using a ego passthrough with a ce4+ to get me to quit smoking in the car.

Eliquid suggestion wizardlabs found them about a month ago. They sell unflavored nic base for pretty cheap. My last order was for 8 flavors and 120ml of 24mg nic base. Was under $30 should last me 2 or 3 months.

I started on 7-17-12 with an eGo passthrough and love it using mini vivi novas and CE-5's . I'm a flavor swapper so I carry at least two mini novas and two CE-5's everywhere  Now I've stepped into variable voltage territory with an eGo twist , Loving it and really enjoying my juices more now. Oh and as an after thought 7-17-12 turned out to bet my last day "Smoking" . Vape on and best of luck in the hunt for " your " set-up

All of the cig-alikes, all of the eGo type or pen styles are manufactured in China. Zenesis hybrids and attys are made in the US, actually local to me, I know Provaris are, Reos are. I'm not familiar with the other two. I'm sure there are other mods or APVs that are US made, in fact I know pumasforpets is releasing one soon too. My problem is with vendors that are reselling stuff claiming USA status when they're importing stuff manufactured somewhere else. Unless the guy specializes in mods and advanced equipment he's full of crap.
