Got the Phenomenon Lite in yesterday and just threw a build in there. 26ga 8 wraps 1.1 ohm. Thanks to Qorax for the video, wicked it similar to that and it's performing excellently. Nice, warm flavorful vape. The draw is a little tighter (though not tight exactly) than I expected but I'm still loving it. Money well spent. Now to save up for another Gus atty

Could you please comment on difference in airflow between Zest and Lite decks? I find my Zest a bit restrictive in that regard and was wondering whether the third hole might help with that. I also assume the decks are interchangeable between the two, am I right?

Brother, I don't have the earlier versions of the Phen ~ so I wouldn't know. But yes, with this 3rd airhole - the draw gets opener.

Yessir. I also put the cotton in the coil, prettied the coil up a bit then screwed the cup back in. Before that, I use to run the cotton thru whilst it was attached to the deck. I found I can align my cotton to the juice channels easier if I pre-wick it before I screw the cup back in. After I push my cotton in, I take a toothpick and push the cotton a wee bit so over 2/3 of the juice channel on the deck is open with just a slight hair of cotton over hanging the juice holes.
