Rebuildable vs use and discard

In a land of many restrictions.

My thoughts are that its better to get a rebuildable set where the rebuild parts are innocuos and can be purchased without any trouble. Thinking wicks and mesh and polycarb part, rechargeable batteries etc

This is as opposed to trying to buy use and discard carts and clearomisers.

Can anyone with the knowledge comment if this is correct?

Or are the parts required for the rebuild just as big an issue.

I'll go for rebuildable as it can be replaced easily with spare parts which can be easily buy over the net.

RBAs are quite fiddly and time consuming to get right, i change wicks once in two weeks.
cartos on the other hand are fully disposable, last about two or more weeks.
clearos, are easy to wash and refill less fuss. rebuilable to a certain extend as well.

P.S if you are new, id recommend a vv/vw device like a vamo and a clearo or if you so desire a RBA.

provari is a different PV from vamo.
Vamo is made in china, has variable voltage, variable wattage, can check resistance, can check battery level, simplified menu, low resistance protection, short protection, costs about 40USD
Provari is made in usa, only has variable voltage, can check resistance, can check battery level, slightly harder menu,low resistance protection, short protection, costs about 160USD

*prices exclude batteries n charger.

clearos can be rebuilt and/or modified to a certain extend with the same materials as RBAs can.

i recommend not diving into RBAs immediately. i had a friend who jumped into RBAs and he quit vaping after a week, saying that it was too much trouble just to vape.

if you like to fiddle with things and you dont mind taking time to learn how to make a coil and a wick. then sorting out the hotspots, calculating what is optimum wattage/voltage. then i would say go into RBAs.

cartos or clearos can also give you a satisfying vape, and they take much lesser time to setup. almost just fill n go.

I just started 2weeks ago and i am using vivi nova clearo, i have been rebuilding the coils ,trial and error with youtube as guidance. manage to rebuild a few with low 1.8-2ohm. its easy!

I am assuming that the batteries are locally available from our friendly electronics shopping centre?
I am relatively hands on having built my own model planes and their electronics gave me some practice on wiring and soldering and measuring of currents etc.
However I can see the attraction of a clearo. given how I have much less free time these days given a growing family.

batteries are available here. try black tactical or some flashlight stores. they will have it in stock.

well there are many factors to consider! As for a tiny island like where we live in, its hard to get supplies, so rebuildable atomizer is where most vapers here will land upon

Rebuildable if you stay in Singapore but if more me personally,if we Indonesian are more concern about saving money,cig is definitely the choice since its so freaking cheap.Other than my own family,I have not seen other indos vaper around..
