Read a few threads about rebuilding different coils. Have turned all my Kanger heads into BVCs, and love 'em. But wanted to use my nautilus too

Several people have commented on the "inner lining" bit on Nauty coils: you REALLY want that in there. Did a few where that lining came out, and they do NOT wick at all

To replace that lining: use a 3/16 drill bit and a 3/8 socket. Put the base of the coil into the socket, and the drill bit down the top of the empty coil housing. Tap gently with a hammer: the inner sleeve will slide out, allowing you to put a wrap of cotton in place between the inner and outer sleeves. Carefully slide the two back together, and use a c clamp to press fit them

You have now relined your Nautilus coil, and it's ready to rebuild to your personal specs!

did you get a chance to rebuild the atlantis coils yet? so when you put the bvc coil in the socket and the drill bit into the cartridge the hole at the bottom of the socket allows you to punch or press out the inner sleeve? again thanks for any more info or pics you could share with us. thanks

Basically, you're using the well of the socket for the inner piece to drop into
