I am looking for a decent Hana mod dna 30 clone. I've had bad luck with mechs from fasttech and don't want to purchase their clone. My one stipulation is that I need it to be battery changeable.. As in I don't want a built in battery, I want to use my 18650s. Oh and also.. I want a magnetic back (without screws) so that changing the batteries is not a hard process

101vape is the place to go, they sell the Cloupor device and have the latest rev.

There isn't a box mod I know of that comes with a magnetic battery enclosure. Truthfully, it's the about only thing that's kept me from pulling the trigger on one myself. A quick search of the interwebs just now revealed that people have had luck replacing the screws with rare earth magnets. It seems to require some enlarging of the screw holes, but sounds pretty easy.

Now we just need a box mod using the SX350 chip so we can get the delight of buck circuitry.

I'm loving my Kangside clone. I believe it's made by the same company that does the Vamo. Doesn't wake up on it's own, doesn't change wattage on it's own.... I haven't had any issues with it so far.
I pulled the "bang stick" on a Kangside DNA30 today. So far, I'm impressed. One thing I've noticed... I've had to back off on the wattage when compared to my Vamo V5. I was vaping some DIY wintergreen at 10-11 watts and French Vanilla at 11-12 watts on the Vamo. With the DNA30 backed down to 9 to 10 watts, I'm getting similar results regarding flavour and vapour production. The Kangside doesn't have a serial number, or the Hana "H" logo, but it doesn't matter. When the KSD, I'm assuming that stands for Kangside, goes to "sleep", one click "wakes" it up and another to fire it.

I have the cloupor from fluid and it great. No problems, no logo, no sleep prob, no 510 prob, just great at all watts. 70 bucks with coupon and shipping. DNA 30 watt box mod by Cloupor
I'd considered them, along with some other online vendors, but most of them showed "out of stock". I ended up purchasing from a local vendor. When possible, I like to keep my money in the local economy.

I'm not aware of a clone with a magnetic door other than those who modified their PV.

Want to commend Clint S for his generosity and say there are alot of good folks here in ECF that do kind things... link...and many more occur without fanfare... gotta love it...

Something odd I noticed about my KSD that just started... when I've got it set for 8.5 watts, I have to hit the fire button 2-3 times before the OLED display shows the voltage that it's firing at. In spite of that, it is firing, it's just that the display doesn't show it. If I adjust the wattage up or down .5 watts, everything is as it should be. The current build reads 1.6Ω and when the voltage is displayed, it's showing 3.8v. It doesn't matter if I'm using the USB pass-through or not. Anyone else run into this? I really hope this isn't an indicator of more wonkiness down the road. :(
