Received carts instead of juice

Hello all

I received 5pc cartomizers instead of 30ml juice. It is the smilin special menthol. It sucks because I am almost out of juice and need some really bad. I sent an email to customer service but I wanted to write here also just in case.

Please send me 30ml premium smilin menthol with the quickest shipping I don't want to smoke analogs

you can extract the juice from them while you're waiting. That'd at least get you 5ml-ish of juice to tide you over. Search for "reverse spin" or "reverse taryn spin"

Hi there,

I'm not able to process emails between 2-3 am EST tonight as the system is being updating for maintenance (I guess the Volusion figures people don't work at 2:20am, but I do!). As soon as it's back up, I'll get right back to you.

The premium Smilin' cartos I got this week (18mg) tastes nothing like the Smilin' 30 cc juice or the previous premium Smilin' cartos I've previously bought -- VERY strong on the coffee, very light on the menthol...

New recipe? Old cartos? Bad luck?

You are right I just found a adapter to use on the cartos and not much menthol just spearmint and something else. I hope the liquid imma receive this week doesnt taste like this

Hey asd -- hope your new liquid tastes alright, post and let me know, please. I'm not really diggin' the Smilin' cartos at all this go round. The juice I just got has the same lot number / expiration date as a previous bottle so I'm hoping it'll be OK...

Glad to know the flavor isn't just me! If the cartos are reflecting a new recipe change for Smilin', I'll not be re-ordering it in the future. Anybody know s'up with the Premium Smilin' Cartos? (18mg to be exact) TIA!
