Has anyone else ever have this happen to them? I waited a week and one day to receive a juice I have been wanting to try, and it was finally back in stock so I ordered it!!! I have been waiting with anticipation all week!!!! Well I reached into the mailbox to pull out the beautiful package that I just knew had my bottle of juice in it. What I found surprised the hell out of me though. The package was all slimy, and I just knew this can't be good. Well I opened the package carefully, and out of 36ml of juice there was probably 1 to 2 ml left in the bottle, the cap was on crooked, and the inside of the envelope had that sweet smell of the candy flavored juice I had ordered. The company has no phone number, so I can't capp them and tell them what happened, and I just paid $16 for an empty bottle to be shipped to my house. I have e-mailed here, and submitted a ticket on their website. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I am not exactly sure what to expect from the company I ordered from. Will they ship a new bottle out? Will I have to buy another bottle and hope this one gets to me okay? Not only that I am not almost officially out of juice. I was short on funds and cut it close, but I was gonna be okay. Now I will be out of juice by tomorrow. UGh...seriously frustrated I can't contact the people I want to contact.

I'm pretty sure with the proper channels on the ticket, the company will replace your escaping juice! Sorry to hear about your troubles, never happened to me, but if it did I'd be frustrated to say the least. Hope it all turns out ok, keep us updated for sure. Just in case you can always go to a Walgreen and get a disposable to tide you over!

I don't want to mention the company's name yet. I am allowing them to the oppurtunity to make good. They have yet to contact me though. I think it is high time for me to learn to make my own damn juice! I like simple flavors, so it has to be a simple process. I know it has to be cheaper, or we wouldn't be buying ejuice from vendors who make it. Just another startup fee to get me going lol! My wife is gonna kill me if natural causes don't be her to the punch!

I've done a bit of DIY and figure it costs less than $3 to make a 30 ml bottle of juice. By the way, I'm only a couple of hours away from Erie down in the Akron area. If you PM me maybe we can find a way to get you some juice quicker than waiting for a replacement bottle.

That stinks =(. I live in PA also (Central pa). What was the flavor you ordered? I have about 80 flavorings right now in my mixing room, I will gladly make you a mix (i would love to have someones opinion on my diy anyhow, so it would be a fun learning experience for me as well!). If you want - just pm me - ill let you know if I can make the flavoring you want (I more than likely can unless its a tobacco type flavoring). Seeing as its friday night - i probably wont be able to get it out to you until monday though =( (Ill be at a wrestling tournament all day tomorrow).

I had a nice backup reserve built up, but something happened to my truck. The reserve fell way too low!!!! I am literally sitting here thinking of taking a toot, but telling myself I can wait lol. I will most certainly let you know how it turns out, because I know this company is big on this forum.

All I can say is that I am truly a fan of Got Vapes now. I sent them a picture of the bottle that I received and how the cap was crooked. They didn't hesitate at all to ship me out a new bottle!!! Now I still can't wait to taste that juice! I have my ViVi Nova all cleaned up, rewired, and a nice fat 100% cotton wick ready to go! Ever since I switched to a five coil wrap and the cotton wick I can't set this thing down!!! The flavor really came through, and rebuilding the atty was an absolute breeze! I still can't decent flavor out of the 1.8 ohm head, but the 2.4 ohm kicks my .... all day long!

Thank you guys at Got Vapes. Y'all got a dedicated customer in me, and I hand out your business cards to everyone I know who vapes, and if I don't have a spare card I always e-mail them a link to your website. Thanks guys for your customer service, and I already have my next order planned! I am in desperate need of a new battery. My year old Ego 1000Mah PassThru batteries are finally kicking the perverbial bucket. Looking at those Ego batteries with the 18650 battery with the control head. I think I would love battery size, and the having a little more control over my voltage sounds cool too.

I'm surprised I don't have a chair with a cooler sitting next to my mailbox! If it had a plug for my laptop I probably would!

Cheers! :mail:

What exactly is Swedish Fish? I don't believe i've ever had it?

They're a gummy candy with a very unique flavor. Hard to describe really. I was on GV's website the other day researching prices and noticed it. I don't know if my interest is perked enough to order a bottle, but knowing me, I probably will.

And yeah, everything I've read about GV's customer service speaks well of them. Seems most juice vendors are going to be quick to replace an issue.

Hmmm... I might have to add this to my "Must Try" list!
