Guys and Girls,

I just received my Ego-T!!!!!!!!!!!!! First things first.

The guy at vaperite dot com was amazing I got the kid with 2 of everything + 5 tanks + 5 black mouth pieces + manual + juice sample kit etc etc.

I have no comparison to other units, however, I was so scared that I don't get the throat hit I was hoping for. I started out by filling the liquid of my sample liquid pack (16mg nic) in my tank and went ahead and let me tell ya it was ok not good. Since I asked so many people here I was smart enough to get a coconut 26mg bottle as well. Filled up a tank with that bad boy juice and excuse my language .... YES THIS .... IS AMAZING!!!!! I get a big throat hit, taste is amazing, and for the first time in 14 years I DONT HAVE THE NEED TO SMOKE A ANALOG CIG WHAT IS GOING ON?????????????

Now I won't touch the bad boy till tomorrow since I already smoked analog cigs all day I want to give it a good start in the morning.

I just wanted to say thank you everyone on here that helped me with units, general questions, and concerns.

Leave the analogs alone. Go ahead and start vaping. No sense in letting the anticipation drive you nutz lol. I've seen your contemplation through your recent posts, and you should just go with what you have. Keep the analogs around. I have about 1/2 a pack that have been sitting in my drawer for about 1.5 weeks. I grab one occaisionally. It helps reinforce the vape pleasure. It can't hurt any more than the 25 years I smoked haha.

Do yourself a favor and read up on the tank system. It's inherent with dissatisfaction from many users (myself included). If it works for you, great! Just saying that I found out that _artomizers provide better TH and flavor FOR ME. Others would agree. Like I said tho, if it works for you, go for it. My starter kit was a tank system and it got me away from the ashtray. There are alotta hardware products out there that are compatible with your batteries, so do yourself a favor and don't keyhole yourself into the tank-only mentality. If you find dissatisfaction in this system a week from now, just know there are suggestions on how to continue living smoke-free through vaping withour the tank.

I don't mean to discourage you or foil your happiness with your new kit! Just making some suggestions. I'm glad you made the switch. It's not hard and you obviously did some reasearch. Kudos to you! Good luck and happy vaping! :)

Congratulations and welcome to the world of vaping! :)

Having a tank system myself, I'd just like to add the "weak link" in the system is the atomizer. If the wick isn't "spot on", you will either get leakage, or dry hits. There are a number of threads on how to correct the problems, but I've found its just much easier to swap out the atomizer for one that works properly. Also know that there are LR atomizers for your tank, and many, myself included, find them to be much better for flavor and amount of vapor.

And my advice, agreeing with Dougie, is to go ahead and hit that new toy for all its worth, just take it easy so you don't overdo it. And don't pressure yourself that you can't still smoke the analogs, getting away from those is a combination of learning how to vape, getting a flavor you like, and finding a good nic level. It *will* happen if you give your self a chance, just don't try to rush it and add stress.

Again, congratulations and happy vaping! :)

I hope you enjoy the ego-t as much as my wife and I have. We started with standard 510 attys and carts but weren't really all that happy with carts and dripping is just too much of a pain for me. I've read a lot of negative posts about the ego-t but we haven't experienced anything like some describe. I still use standard attys and smart carts some because I like a variety of flavors for deserts and different occasions but not enough to make them all day vapes. There are a lot of you tube videos and posts on here that helped us with any learning curve involved. Best of luck to you and hope you get rid of those analogs. I'm sure over it.

Todd at vaperite is a good guy he's local to me so i've ordered from him a few times. +1 on the lr atty. If you feel like your not getting quite enough flavor and or vapor switch to a drip tip and lr 510 atty. When im at home i use drip tip and when out and about for extended periods i use the tanks. Battery life is also very good.

If you have any questions feel free to pm me im glad to answer i've only been vaping for 12 days now and no analogs!!!

I've been vaping since Jan but have only been analog free for 13 days. Go at your own pace. Some people start vaping and never smoke a analog again but some , like me, it takes awhile to make the complete switch. Just do what works for you, but you've started on the right path. I had my tank system for about 2 months and still loving it. Feel free to pm me if I can help.
