LINY
I contacted Vape Society Supply where the juice was purchased and they were far from helpful. I was told that 10 month old juice was fine and as long as it wasn't past the expiration date there was nothing they could do for me. I also had opened the bottle to smell it and take a drip, both of which were off compared to the fresh bottles I have on hand. This was also an issue with the seller. I told the seller I was quite unhappy and he offered to "throw in some samples with my next order" and this was the best he could do.
I contacted Ripe Vapes and got a reply back in a few hours and spoke with Erik through a series of emails. He told me he was sorry for that I was unhappy and would be more than happy to replace whatever was bad and was glad I had contacted them. An hour later he emailed me and asked what size shirt I wore and he would send me a shirt with my replacement juice.

So Many thanks to Erik at Ripe Vapes for standing behind their product and caring about their customers. I also have to add that I have been vaping their juice for about a year now and it really is one of the best liquids on the market. If you have the chance to sample it you won't be sorry, I was hooked after the first tank and am never without one from their line.
