Hey guys,
So recently we have been having issues with the USPS and their tracking system updating/working properly. Well, long story short, I went in and had to have a meeting with the post master.
He informed us that they way we were (emphasis on were) dropping off packages no longer assured that it was scanned into their computer systems...
That is all I have to say on that...
Well, we worked out a better system of doing things, all the tracking issues should be resolved from this point on.
We were beside ourselves when we were told, that "they didn't have the time to scan in packages", which is unacceptable to say the least. So if any of you were experiencing this problem, you will not be anymore, I just wanted to say thanks for sticking with us while we figured this out!
