I've ordered a few times from them, I've always had great service. I've always got a freebie, and I really appreciate that every time I get a freebie that they do it along the spams lines that my order was. Example, I bought a coupe of viva nova's and they threw in a tank section. I like that it isn't something that I'd never use.

Coolest freebie I ever got was a Pokemon card followed closely by the friend-tip I promptly lost. I agree, a little handwritten note on the shipping invoice is enough for me, though!
