Recieved an opened and dry fired digiflavor upen

In my most recent order, i received my digiflavor upen with the factory seal open and the plastic casing removed. Opening the box, immediately get the smell of burnt cotton. Disassembling the kit, I can see it was fired with no liquid in it prior to me receiving it. The included coil head had yellowed burnt cotton, the o rings were yellowed, the tank and drip tip had a burnt residue on them that i was able to wash off but can't get the burnt cotton smell out of them. Even with a new coil head, using the spare glass tank and replacing all the o-rings, that burnt taste is still there.

I tried to get a refund through a customer service ticket and they are offering me $4 refund. What the heck???

I ordered a new product, and received a product that had been opened and used improperly before ever receiving it.

Yeah, that will be the next step. Waiting to see if their customer service dept will do the right thing first. The other $60 worth of gear came fine and unopened.
I've never had a problem with 3fv before. They started by offering me a $2 credit, then went up to $4. I dont think i'm being unreasonable wanting a full refund.

They are sticking to their $4 refund. Not that it matters in the grand scheme of things, but you just lost a customer 3fv.

2.We would like to offer you a new item if you can pay $16 USD to get a new item from the manufacturer and reship the item .
