I'm deciding where to purchase an eGo system and am interested in opinions about which vendor has the best price, accessories, and service...and any other advice you wish to bestow.

There's a good number of great vendors. So I'll tell you who I use for basic e-cig stuff:

Cignot
Kalamazoo Vapor shop
Freedom Smoke USA

And a bunch of other people will give you other good options.

I bought mine and my husbands from totally wicked for 38.99 . Each tornado aka ego 650 mah kit came with 2 batteries, 2 atomizers and I think 8 cartridges . We have had them a month and love them. Thier liquid is ok , but better suppliers out there IMHO . The shipping was pretty fast and I personally had no problems.

...from a previous post of mine..there are plenty of other options...................................:2cool:

...we were all looking for a "real" cig look with long battery life...they don't really exist...the ciggie look alikes are smaller and have smaller batts...good for 1-3hrs... an eGo/Riva will give ya around 8hrs...my present recommendations are as follows...goto Liberty Flights ,click the 20%discount button on the top left of page...scroll down to starter kits>>>Riva501>>>Riva501 Lite Bundle...this is an excellent starter kit for 30bux...you can shop for liquid while there as well...after that, goto Crystal Clear Vaping and get a bundle of LR Boge2.0 cartos...this will get ya started with a pretty good setup............

Even though your going for an initial Ego I would buy the newer 900mAh variable voltage ones. Are they more expensive ya sure they are but this way you will get top performance out of your Atty's and Cartos and also be able to experience 3 different voltage settings. Seeing most people usually step up after there initial purchase this will end up saving you a little bit. Also the 650mAh Batts just dont cut it where the 900's will give you more Batt life. I know Gotvapes has the kits here =http://www.gotvapes.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=123&products_id=521

and Drew over at NHaler has just the Batts here =http://shop.nhaler.com/VariVolt-EGO-Battery-900mah-and-650mah-USB-varivolt.htm

both have these and there worth the little bit extra you will spend. Just my 2c worth, good luck and happy vaping

I'm with dormouse on this. Make sure you get a genuine eGo. I got mine from Altsmoke, and they've been great with replacing broken parts and such. That's my recommendation. And remember, you get what you pay for, if you're looking for the cheapest one, it's possible that the vendor won't be able to afford to support it, and all that jazz.

Your best bet is going to be go to to the top of the page here, click on Forum Suppliers, and sort of dig through those.

Also, I believe that the 510-T is a slim pen-style device, which (Correct me if I'm wrong) has a fairly short battery life. I'd recommend looking for an eGo-T if you're looking for the tank system, I got mine from Altsmoke.

How can you tell if they are knock offs? How can you tell if atomizers are knock offs as well. I was looking at the 510-t from here 510-T Atomizers - Black [atom510TBLK] - $4.99 : Toms Vapor!, The Online Electronic Cigarette Super Store. And they look to good to be true. I'm unsure if they are joye. And if they are not are they as good?

You can tell en ego battery from a knockoff ego battery by the button and by the silver band around the button. If the band is gold it is probably a knockoff. The Joye ego buttons are a hard clearish black round button that glows bluish white when activated.

correct! The 510-t battery last a couple of hours. I recently bought the new ego VV from gotvapes and it's really good :)
