Said airflow would be similar to istick pico.

istick Pico is a power device, it has no effect on airflow, doesn't hold any liquid, it only provides power to the delivery device / 'tank'.

Are you looking for a delivery device that uses + Ω replaceable heads or an RTA that holds 5ml and has airflow similar to the Melo 3 that comes in kit form with the pico.

I don't know of any kits that offer a 2 cell power device and a delivery device that holds 5ml with wide open airflow that uses +Ω heads.

Wide open / free airflow is used as the cooling system for subΩ heads/coil type delivery devices.
