Hi, everyone

Was hoping for some suggestions on my next eliquid purchase. I really like Halo (Prime, Cap Jack - very good but not ADV just sometimes, Cordoba - same, sometimes just like a cuban cigar but not too heavy), also enjoyed Nicoticket h1n1. Did not like Bobbas Bounty, HHV I enjoyed but not that much (Oompa was my fave), fourpawns I didnt enjoy too much.

I prefer the tobaco juice that is a bit lighter, not too harsh, 555's with a small hit of cocoa like Prime seem to be the ones I like the most, also like Vanilla...

I got many recommendations from friends such as aliceinvapeland, velvetcloud, space jam, highbrowvapor, mountainoakvapers, etc.

But I was hoping for some specific suggestions based on the preferences I listed above.

I just might go with more Halo or h1n1. I just dislike that Halo doesnt have bigger bottles with a cheaper price...

I also do some DIY, but feel that I still need some vendor ready made juices... Out of the DIY the one that I really crave still is the Tribeca clone with AP + ry4 double. I guess I like the juices that give a bit of a different kick... but at the same time, nothing too harsh...

Thanks a lot!

If you enjoy flavored tobacco (vanilla, caramel, nut, fruit etc..), rather than a straight tobacco flavor, here are some suggestions;

-Synthetics-
Ahlusion "Caramel Wild Wood" Tobacco : Caramel Wild Wood
Charlie Noble Admirals Reserve "Pistachio RY-4" Pistachio RY4 - Charlie Noble Admiral's Reserve I Breazy.com
Charlie Noble "Tripoli" Tripoli - Charlie Noble I Breazy.com

-NETs- (Naturally Extracted Tobacco)
Vapor Talk "Dulcis" Dulcis - e liquid - Vapor Talk
River Bottom Fog Sauce "KillerY4" KillrY4
River Bottom Fog Sauce "Count Caramel" Count Caramel
Nicoticket's "Cure" The Cure - Premium Tobacco Flavored eLiquid/Ejuice by Nicoticket
NET "Starry Night" Starry Night
NET "Red White and Blueberry" Red White and Blueberry

I will be watching this thread. I am in the same exact situation myself.
Love Prime, it is my ADV, and also love FP Castle Long. I've been experimenting with lower-cost vendors, but so far it's been impossible to find the ever-elusive cheaper substitute.
No matter what, you get what you pay for and all the cheaper alternatives feel like there is something missing and they are a compromise.

rob, do take a look at NiteLiteVapor (at pvliquids.com). You might just like the Line Rider which is close to a 555 (nutty foreground, tobacco background) and Harbor Nite (a cocoa tobacco). For the vanilla flavor, I highly suggest Bounty Hunter which is and has been NLV's flagship flavor for many years!

NLV excels in mild tobacco flavored vliquids. They are all incredibly well blended mixes and are quite suitable to become an ADV and an EDV.

Good luck to you. :)

Surprised you forgot to mention Twilte. ;)

Twilite. One of my all time loves. I just happen to be vaping it right this second.

I find that to be an extraordinary true and front forward tobacco flavor, but not a flavored tobacco. It may be a wonderful choice for Rob, but it just didn't feel like a first suggestion.

I could be so wrong! (yes, it happens) ;)

Thanks for the great tips, keep them coming please :) Ill surely choose something new to try based on what you all recommended. Niteline vapor seems like something Id like... Really awesome that they have the big jug. Pitty Halo doesnt offer something like that.

Fogmust, not sure if youre into DIY, but the best 555 alternate to prime Ive found is the one made in france by Aqua (flavouring): Aqua (arômes concentrés) - E-liquide.com

Its really light. Ive had some 555's I didnt like, such as Mountbaker, too harsh. I like the more light ones, very subtle chocolate/cocoa. But the aqua 555 I feel still misses a little punch, maybe its the MTB, TMP ingredients that Danny mentions.

Also will try Danny's recipes... Halo Freedom/Smooth/Torque recipes??? | Page 38 | E-Cigarette Forum

Thanks.

It tasted like a honey tobacco to me, but falls into the "lighter, not too harsh" category. A joy to vape all day long.

Definitely, jefs! It's one of those flavors (for me) that I just can't be without. I vape it a little each day, or a LOT all day!

robertboyl, Line Rider just might be your cuppa tea. If you do order, I think that might be one to put in the cart.

Yes, the Mini Jugs are AWESOME!

Hi, everyone

Just some feedback. Thanks for recommendations. Niteline is very good and Ill probably order it again (unless my prime recipes with hangsen are very good and don't require anything else), and too bad for Halo who wont give us bigger bottles :) I really loved the Niteline rider 555 and Bounty hunter also, quite good. Twinkle and Harbor nite also good, but not sure if Id order them again.

Here's my humble review.

- Niteline Line rider: very good nutty tabaco. salmon colored. crispy, a bit chemical kick taste on the exhale, which I like. very light, nice tasting, the type of 555 I search for and one if not the best Ive had, non agressive, can be ADV easily. For example, I enjoy Halo Prime, but sometimes its so light that I cant feel much taste, which doesnt happen with Line rider, I feel nutty tabacco on inhale and some nice exhale. the more I use it, the more I like it :) Does remind of analog cig.

- Harbor nite: seems like tobaco with honey. enjoyed it. forum says cocoa tobaco.

- Twilite Tobaco: nice tobaco, but really no idea what it contains. a tabaco with a bit of a tang taste, if i can say that, virginia or something. no wonder, says on their site its a tabaco with no flavouring. a user in forum said honey, maybe a bit. but not really my favorite...

- Bounty Hunter original: really good, enjoyed it. Its that different type of tabaco IMHO similar to h1n1, etc in terms of being different, more flavored tobaco hit. a really good throat hit and a wafer type of flavour or maybe tobaco with a hint of chocolate, not sure, but as much as its different and thick taste, lets say, its not harsh in any way. I like to have something different, but at same pleasant...

the pancake tobaco :)

Regards!

Hiya Robert, just thought I'd chime in with a few suggestions as to cheaper alternative tobaccos...Ahlusion (non aromatics) and The Plume Rooms NETs also one or two Charlie Nobles.

Tis a shame really I can not recommend the very best one. That being Uncle Junks "Jon Wayne" way too expensive but I still partake on occasion. As far as Ahl and TPR I have many suggestions on my blog

If you just go to the site remember DO NOT ORDER THE AROMATICS!
The first and last AROMATICS I ordered are steeping in the bottom of a trash dump somewhere in the SC boondocks.

Ahlusion
1) Sahara Blend
2) Deal Maker
3) Godfather

The Plume Room
1) Burly and Candy
2) M-Type Tobacco
3) Candied Cavendish ( sweet delectable goodness)!!!

Charlie Noble
...and as another poster said..you get what you pay for. But these ones are pretty good
1) Tripoli
2) Pistachio RY4

That about wraps up the Dog Star recommend tobaccos. Good luck!
