Hi Warriorwolf.

If you're looking for a cool vape, make sure that you're vaping at low wattage. Wattage is the amount of heat (power) generated by your battery and your atomizer working together. Are you familiar with the Ohm's law?

Wattage (heat, power) equals Voltage (of your battery) squared divided by resistance (of your atomizer). Generally, the recommended safe and satisfying range is ~4.0-8.0 Watts. At that wattage, eliquids get properly vaporized and taste good and the risk of burning/scorching/overheating/popping coils is minimal.

Your 510 and eGo batteries work at 3.3v, which means you should get moderate resistance atomizers--a 2.6Ω coil will produce 4.1 watts--I wouldn't go any lower (cooler) than that. I recommend 2.0-2.5Ω coils for the coolest vape on those batteries.

Ego Twist and Vamo offer variable voltage, so I suggest you use them on lowest settings, 3.2-.3.4v.

Wrt heads, many users report that bottom coil heads (T3, eVod, baby T3) feel cooler than top-coil models (ViVi Nova, Kanger T2).

There is a happy place for every vaper. Experiment and see what Wattage works for you. Start low and work your way up until you're satisfied. Tobacco, coffee and chocolate flavors can take a little more heat, while fruit and other delicate flavors do better at cooler temperatures.

My recommendation for you would be to start around 4-4.5 watts and see how you like it. You may want to discover that you need a bit more wattage that that; experiment with different flavors and different heads on your vv devices--you'll find your sweet spot in no time.

Good luck and happy vaping!

Many of the 'cooler vape' comments come from "cooler" ohms (2.4-2.6Ω) in those bottom coil units that are shipped from various vendors, and not feeling the heat on the lips from conduction of a top coil. And a 1.8Ω T3 is 'cooler' than an LR atty in the eGo-t and eGo-c systems. You can get dry hits from top coils but that is because they're dry hits ...not because they're 'warmer vapes'. You might feel the heat from the atty on your lips more but the vapor moves along similar air passages to where the vape itself can be warm or cool depending on watts. See:
