Any recommendation for vapes? Im new to it. I was told that Kangertech subox is good for beginners like myself.
Subox is good although an iStick and a Nautilus Mini is another good starter kit. The iStick doesn't require you to buy any additional batteries like the Subox does.

Depends how much vapour and flavour you want?

Everyone is different and different things work for different people.

Here is what I would reccomend:

10-30W - iStick/MVP etc and a Nautilus Mini (Ok flavour, little vapour)

60-80W - MVP/Istick 100W etc and a Aspire Atlantis 2 (Amazing flavour, very good vapour production)

40-140W Smok 160W and a TFV4 tank (Amazing flavour, crazy vapour production)

I am using the Smok and the TFV4 tank and it works grat for me, I like high wattages though but everyone is different.

I also use and RDA, but this is more advanced and you gotta know what you're doing, but the tanks and batterys I have given you are the most commonly used.

P.S. I highly recommend starting with something that is hand to mouth such as an iStick/MVP etc and a Nautilus Mini, this is because you imitate cigarettes more this way, where as something higher wattage is straight to the lungs and more for hobbyists (People who have quit the habit for good and use low nicotine) whereas and istick with a Nautilus Mini is more for people who are trying to quit smoking.

Yes, the Kanger Subox Mini or Nano kit is an excellent starter kit. You will need 2 18650 batteries and a battery charger. I say 2 batteries, because you want an extra charged battery to use your mod while the other battery is charging. The Subtank Mini comes with a 1.2 ohm coil and a .5 ohm coil. Read the card that comes with the tank and set your wattage according to those guidelines. There is also an RBA deck so that as you progress you can save money and build your own coils. Otherwise once you decide which coils you like best you can order them online for around $10 for 5 coils. I get about 3 weeks plus on the .5 ohm coil.
This set-up will do you for a while and then if you decide you need something bigger you will be ready for it. Start slow and work up to the bigger ones. I have 2 over 150 watt mods as well as 3 TC mods and I still use my Kanger Subox mini on a daily basis. It is the perfect size for carrying in your pocket and is powerful enough to deliver plenty of flavor and clouds.

Wow 150W mods. Yeahh im considering Subox Mini. However, pardon my ignorance. How long can a battery last?

The higher the wattage you vape at the less time the battery will last.

The subox and other kits are pretty good for people starting out.
The good thing with the subox is the kanger subtank mini comes with both an rba head and replaceable heads.

There are other setups with rba heads available.

HI and Welcome @Vin90. Started vaping a mere 2 weeks ago. I was steered toward the Kanger Tech as well and I have to say I love it. I had since purchased 3 Arctic tanks and switch them out regularly. I am not suggesting that buy all that to start but fore me it reduces the need to switch and clean my tank while I find a few ADV's (All day vapes). Any questions let me know. But the question you have on the battery. I run my .5 ohm coils in all my tanks, usually run my mod around 17 - 20 watts. Battery last more than a day. When I run my 1.2 ohm coil, i usually run around 8 watts and get great flavor. Hope this helps.... For me well worth the money to start!

I don't really think it's a 'Beginners thing' in vaping. I started with a Kamry K101 2 years ago. Now I'm up to 20 Mods, RDA's RTA's, rebuild factory atty's. In the last month I got 2 Kanger Sub Kits (4.5 ml, 1 black, 1 white) and today my Snow Wolf 50W arrived. Love'em all, use'em all. Woman have shoe collections. My mods take up less space. :D
