Hello everyone. Looking for some advice. As always everyone is very helpful. So Thank you in advance for your help. I finally decided to buy a new mod. I ordered a ipv Mini 70 watt. Perfect for my vaping needs. Im having a hard time however determining what batteries to get. Theres so many mix opinions out there as too whats good and whats bad so im not sure. Im going to be using a mutation x v3 with a. 3 or. 4, also Atlantis. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Any quality 20a or higher continuous discharge battery should work fine.
I swap Samsung INR18650 25R's in mine. Don't bother worrying about 30a/35a differences - Many fudge Pulse specs anyway.

I was leaning towards those. A lot of people say thats the closest you will get to Sony VT4 or VTC 5. I also was thinking of the LG's HE2. Thanks for the response I feel more comfortable now with making a choice.

If you're going to be running down to 0.2 ohms, get vtc4s. If your running higher resistances then Samsung 25r or the LGs are fine.

From my understanding Sony no longer makes VTC 4's or VTC 5's. Everyone who apparently is selling them are re wrapped efest or other brands. Haven't came across any official ones. I don't think i will go to . 2 though. I think i will play it safe and get the samsung or LG. Thanks for the recommendation.

That information is good on a Mech or 100w Regulated. With a cap of 70w Samsung R25 no problems I have been able to uncover.
Yes they are 20a continuous. Pop into a high power flashlight/etc at 20a and let it rip. We vape at 10-15 seconds tops on this mod.
They are also one of the few tested to 100a pulse with no failure.
With the shortage of Authentic VTC's I'll take the Samsung first, followed by HE's and put the Dark Horse away if I have to use anything else.

ETA: Found the full datasheet Samsung INR18650 25R

This one only list testing to 95A .5sec
