Does anyone know if GreenSmoke gives credit for my old cartridges. I have about 200 and have not found anyone that would give me credit or discount off any new cartridges. Is there anyone out there that does???? Please . . . I just don't want to toss these out.

Yeah... there's no need to hoard those. Most likely you won't find a place that would give credit for the used cartridges because they're literally a dime a dozen so your best bet is to just throw em away...
Cartridges or cartomizers?
If they are cartomizers and you have 200... WOW! You can boil them all for a few minutes in a small pot, changing the water several times until it runs clean. Leave to dry for a few days, then reuse by filling up as needed!! Buy some juice!!! Most of us fill our own and refill as needed until it doesn't work so well anymore, then start with a new one.
Go look on YouTube how to clean cartomizers.
