Just to confirm what I think is correct, the only display on the Mark 7 Destroyer is for the adjusted voltage to the atomizer. It doesn't have a way to check the charge status of the batteries. I read that some mods had another switch to check both the variable voltage and battery status but couldn'nt find anything in my Destroyer. I looked in there and couldn't see any unused space so that might be the reason. Just checking to make sure I wasn't missing something

is correct only to set volts, you do not need anything else when you have less than 5 volt charging circuit does not start, so save the batteries from excessive discharge

Hello , just to say i'm pleased with my mark8 received friday, great mod working very well.
Only one thing little bit "difficult" is than when using different BF (mark8, reo or grip) you have to dose differently with the feeder, each one is different .
Not really interesting, but just wanted to show i'm happy :D

What do you folks think about a cheaper and smaller(less width instead of shorter) RSM model without the voltage display and on/off switch but only with a regulator? I have never used the on/off switch and I don't think I really need it since the regulator already offers good safety, and the voltage display is only used once a while when I try out dfferent setting but I can just use multi-meter or even offer those beautiful RSM voltage meters seperately. And especially with the Destroyer, I don't find myself fiddling around with different voltage setting much since I only use the same LR boge cartos, and alot of people are probably not much different.

I was just looking inside my Destroyer the other day... and I started imagining having the batteries below the tanks and putting the button, regulator and screw(optional) on the other side to make the width little more narrower, making it look almost like a wooden pipe mod.

I have no complaints about my RSMs and I was just day dreaming... :)

We can all hope someday that everyone will steal my feed system, after all I stole it from the U.S. Navy, so fair is fair!

Simple is best ...

I see what your saying, and it would be pretty narrow, but it would also just be sort of an expensive wood version of a lavatube with inset tank, don't know if it would have much popularity.

Popularity is a major concern, I tried making 5 models this time and all of them except the VV bottom feeder have been very slow in sales and many people are screaming for the Destroyers which I ended up only making 1.

Ok, breaks over, back to work I go!

Okay folks, so I finally got around to opening my package from our Capt. Lemme begin by saying that the first thing I noticed was the sheer beauty. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in this Destroyer is unparalleled, to anything I've ever owned at least. The lines on this thing are cleaner than any I've ever seen. I literally had to flip it over a few times to figure out where the cover was! My official Mod Judge ( my 9 year old son) has declared this as "sweetest" in the collection thus far. So, there you have it. I've only been vaping it for about an hour, but so far I'm definitely impressed. Unless an individual really just had an aversion to wooden mods I'm at a loss to understand how someone could hold this thing and then get rid of it. It's a true work of vaping art and Brian should be very proud of his creation. I tried to upload some pics but it's not working from my phone. Ill do it when I get home.
