Not sure what mg you are using now but let's say 18mg. Make or buy some 12mg but also have a back up 18mg for those stressful moments. Then go from 12 to 9 etc. as your body and mind is comfortable with the 12.

Nicotine is not terribly harmful so take your time. If you have to vape on a certain mg for a month or more till you feel comfortable, then do so. Take your time so you don't find yourself in a bad spot or stressful situation that has you running back to the smellies.

And there may be times you need to go up a bit, and that's OK too. Right now I'm on 6 mg with most of my tanks and 3 mg on one, but all my tanks are 0.5 ohm or less, usually on temp control. When I travel and want to be stealthy, as well as simply not having as many options on where to vape, I go with a 1.8 ohm factory Nauti coil in a Plato with 18 mg juice. I can take just one or two puffs to hold me a very long time, and with a higher ohm, lower VG juice produce very little cloud.

It's just a matter of adjusting to what suits you at the time. You can drop by a small amount every one or two weeks, but it's not a bad idea to have just a bit of your higher nic juice around for those times the lower is just not holding you.

At that low of mg's/volume you can easily quit with no withdrawal symptoms... I have quit many times when I had to, at much higher levels of use (18+), stopped cold turkey & only slight cravings after the first couple of days. Ive gone back to it (at 3mg), but still was able to quit for months at a time when th situation required.

My advice, if you are only vaping 3mls a day, just quit. You're already pretty much there no point in drawing it out. It is much easier than you think... Plus, since you worry so much about vaping and it's effects, stopping altogether will certainly be a load off your mind.

Kiba i just received my Protank 2 mini with cotton coil and i'm out of my mind how (LANGUAGE NOT APPROPRIATE) good is this device.
I can't explain between all the crappy gurgling burning leaking devices one device can be so perfect...
Is hard to quit with a device like that but when i vape with this devices is hundred times healthier than other devices my lungs are just telling me THANKS you bought this device.WTF just perfect...

You know more than nicotine for me is gestuality and the tight draw

I am currently at 3MG and was making some of my DIY mixes at 1.5 and have vaped Zero a few times. But recently I was vaping some Fog Minions Bake Sale in the morning and not having nicotine sucked so now I make all of my mixes at 3MG and have no plans to stop using nicotine. I enjoy it and if I vape Zero why even vape at all is how I look at it.

Got to hold off the old age diseases they say it helps prevent or delays the onset.......... LMAO!

Honestly speaking only about the nicotine concentration and not about the daily liquid consumption make no sense at all...

For me would be easy to reduce even at 1mg tomorrow but than i need to vape at 100 watt 18 ml of eliquid...

why are you asking about strategies that work and then saying it makes no sense? this is how the majority of us figure it out...

Sorry but i'm looking to reduce my overall nicotine intake every day not to reduce concentration in the liquid.
I perfectly know if i vape at higher wattage i'm capable to reduce nicotine in the liquid tomorrow but than i will vape much more eliquid...

Btw using the same powerful device and lowering 0.5 nicotine concentration every week as someone suggested is a very good advice
