BJ43 has been at 0mg nic for quite awhile now (2-3 years ?) and is still vaping. In fact he is a great innovator over in the Modder's forum.

Definitely going to have to mix up some lower and some more 0mg juice. Got my DuD yesterday (China DiD clone :D) and have set it up this morning. vaping my 12mg peppermint and feeling a bit of a head rush after each vape

I started on 36-24 out of 808's. When I got a LT, tanks and therefore real clouds of vapor, I started getting this heart beating out of my chest feeling. No headaches, no nausea, no dizziness just felt lke my heart was gonna explode. Dropped down the nic and cut back on the caffeine a little(french pressed espresso roast has a little kick). Now I diy around 8-10 but do fine when I get commercial 6mg. BTW waving @ you from Crozer ED(people give my PV the funniest looks despite the fact they're smoking on a smoke free camps)

Ive been noticing a involuntary lowering in my nic levels. But ive also noticed a increase in how many mils a vape a day. And in turn have also noticed headaches from dehydration. Ive been drinking more water to help that. I would think the body would treat nic the same way as nic from analogs. When i started again last may i used 24mg nic to keep me away from the stinkies. My girlfriend who also started the same time i did was on the same nic level but couldnt stop smoking the analogs. Since then i dropped each month down by 6mg and since my gf just vaped what i did she did too. But i also saw a increase in analogs smoked so she went back to 24mg. I have started diy this past 2 months and have had my nic level at 10mg. I also started at 1 or 2 mils a day and now i used about 6 mils a day. I dont get over nic-ed like in the begining but diff get dehydrated.

Yep. Same for me. I started at 18 and dropped to 12 pretty soon after. Then started buying 6 and 12 to mix for 9. Got a Penelope and it gives such a nice throat hit I switched to 6. Next is 3 or 4.

I don't know if I'll quit when I get to 0. I really enjoy some of the flavors and vaping in general.

Happy vaping everyone.

Congrats to MikenGA for his 1 year anniversary. Daum that seems like a looooooong ways away for me. Only been about 3 months for me and still have an analog once in a while. (maybe 3 - 5 per week after work) I am still a work in progress. Started at 36mg. Headaches and sleeplessness made me cut down to 26mg, now at 18mg and still get light headaches at night when I vape more. I really like the juices I have so I plan on getting 0 nic in some of my favorites and diluting the higher nic levels down to about 14 mg. Trouble is, the lower I go in nic level the more I seem to vape (even to the point of slight OD) to stave off my analog cravings. Not sure what to do about that.. So I guess you could say voluntary because I am consciously choosing to lower it.

THANKS jimrug1! I actually started vaping in 2009, but continued to smoke until I upgraded my equipment (Ego batts with fluxomizers and Stardust clearos...plus a VV Lavatube) and raised my nic level to 24mg.

Currently I'm vaping 6mg mostly, but sometimes raise it to 12mg. I vape 6mg more frequently, but I also love the flavors so I don't mind.

Just so you know, after using WTA eliquid for about 2 months, my body forced me to lower the nic. I also found WTA (from Vapelicious.com) to be invaluable, because it arrested my cravings, and allowed me to be very satisfied vaping LESS often. I still keep WTA eliquid on hand, but rarely use it these days.
