Long story short, this is awesome, nice work!!
I can use these for when I will be gone all day long and don't want to mess with any refilling, dripping, or carrrying any juice, like when I go skiing, or to an amusement park or something.
Again, fantastic idea!!!
Thanks for replying back.
Yes I am in earthmoving/construction, so I am out all day and needed an easy on-the-go method, and am quite lazy when home so this just had to happen for me to be friends with cartos. :)

Very Thank-you! :thumb:
DOGSBODY! zOMG! Ok, I had always been curious about cartomizers but was scared to try them because syringes filled with nicotine fluid sounded like a good way to get nicotine poisoning if one were to slip...so...I bought a pack of five just because of you. I got them yesterday and tried my darndest to empty the thing...took me a whole day almost, but I finally emptied it and I tried refilling it YOUR WAY! Ok, so, results of a complete carto nOOb...I did exactly what you said and the carto sucked it all up, I then let it drain the tiny drop of excess out then blew out whatever was left in the hole...swipe swipe...new battery...holy heck does this thing vape like a train! (I made a special tiny little nicostick mod just for it...didn't waste money on the batteries). Anyways, I love it. I love the warmth of it on my lips, I love how much vapor I get out of a tiny 10440p battery...I love the ease of refilling it. I am a CONVERT! Previously I had only used 801s and 103s ever before in my life. Because of you I'm in vaping heaven!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU :)

Wow, thanks for the enthusiasm!

It's a tiny little 2AAA box (size in comparison to a joye stick shown in photo) with a specially made connector to allow airflow. I couldn't use it on any of my ecigs because I only have ones with closed battery compartments that allow no airflow and will not allow one to vape on the cartomizers. So, it was out of fun AND necessity. Nothing special, just a "nicostick" with a special connector with an air hole! :)

Thats fantastic!

ROFL! I never thought about selling any! LOL. I just made it out of necessity! :)
I'd buy one!

Dogsbody, Good. No , Real Good !!! You just made a PITA a sweet summer breeze:D Thank's Bro for shairing:thumbs:
NP, Thank-you for taking the time to reply.

forced air.........sweet:)
.. lol, I was originally going to call this the "Force:push" method, but my inner geek was choking on nicotine at the time.

wow magnificent! :)How can you not to break out the liquid from the rubber stopper of the cartomizer?

Thanks, um... the rubber O-ring stays in place as there is very little pressure against it, but some liquid can get stuck on it, but a bit of a blow through usually gets it, or you can take the o-ring out all together or cut it and twist into a spiral if it is a big problem.

which end is best to fill from? Mouth piece or bat connector?

Either! I have been filling from both ends and it really doesnt make much difference.

I usually put the mouth-end in as there is no-clean up if you stop before it spills into the thread. Sometimes you may get a bit in your mouth (depending on your liquid) on the first few drags this way though. (give it a shake or mod the o-ring may help)

If I fill from the thread end, I pop the plastic mouthpiece off and stop when the liquid reaches the O-ring, that way you wont get and in mouth, but you will have to clean the battery threads.

Most people seem to dunk the mouth-end in with good results.

Please post back and let us know which you prefer and why.

The Q
You have inspired me to order some blank cartos and an adapter to use with my 510 batteries.

One question though...I am trying to slim down what I carry with me on a daily basis. How long will one filled carto last?

Just to give you an idea, One 510 battery will last me between 4-5 hours at work and that is topping off my cart about 3 times.

Would you think I would be ok with say maybe 3 batts and 3 cartos for an 8 hour day?

How long does a filled carto last compared to a filled 510 cart?

Thanks :)

Everyone is different of course, but I get by with 2 batteries and 2 cartos for a 16 hour day. I go thru between 1 1/2 and 2 ml per day. My normal battery will last me about 8 hours and my extra long battery will last about 12 hours. I did just purchase a box mod and one li-on battery will last me a full 16 hr. day.

Another thanks to Dogsbody!

I have a new dse905 and ordered some 808d cartos that have the hard white end, and a 905 to 808 carto adapter. The cartos filled like a breeze using this method. I filled the smooth bottom condom 3/4 up and slowly pushed in the mouth end of the carto. Then took it off and put other condom, the one with the spike, on the thread end of the carto. Took that condom cap off and started vaping. No leaks and works great!

The carto has much better flavor on the 3.7v dse905 than the 901 atty I was using. And, holds a bunch of juice!

Wow, this is great thanks, no more trying to pull the end off with a flimsy paperclip that keeps digging into my fingers. Did get a mouth full of juice on first vape, but other than that it's great.

I also tend to vape all filled cartos a little on a manual before I put them onto an automatic so any excess that will leak down even after blowing gets all dried up, better safe than sorry (RIP my first auto heh, sticks on).

How did no one try this sooner :O

EDIT: Would it work better if you hold the carto at an angle and rotate while doing this so it works it's way round the bedding instead of going into bedding and center hole? Probably wouldn't make much difference though.

I am brand new to vaping but as far as vaping the carts on a manual first to make sure to rid of excess... I noticed that when I blow into the vents right under the led light I can get the battery running this way, Is this bad for the e-cig? and if its not would this be enough if I did it a couple times to rid of any excess?

This takes away alot of the worry I had about being able to use the juice to refill carts... that was the 1 thing I had the most hesitation about. I do have 2 more questions though... How long can a used, empty cart sit before refilling? If I have a cart that has been sitting around for awhile and is dry do I need to let the juice soak in before I vape? If so how long do you all usually wait before using the cart?

Thanks!
