Refilled cartos and juice usage

Yesterday I tried som cartos on my 510.

THESE

They are hard tip. Behind the tip is another plastic divider with two small holes. I have been refilling using the condom method. Half a condom full seems to do the trick BUT it seems I have to refill rather soon for the amount of liquid going in (10-12 drops).

With attys and carts I would drip about three drips every couple hours. With the cartos I'm refilling at the same frequency, only now it is TEN drips!! I refill when I just start to get a burnt flavor.

I think I will switch back to atties and carts until I can get some soft tips.

Other than tossing the hardtips out, is there any advice on refilling them differently?

I must be confused. These look like the ones that you have to fill with a syringe. If you take the second divider out is there a tube in there?

Thank you (sarcasm). You have linked me to two videos showing me WHAT I AM ALREADY DOING.

I am refilling hard tip cartos using the condom method.

Let me restate my question:

Why am I going through so much more juice with the cartos than the carts? I have not been vaping any more than before.
