Nice video.
But have just one question if you don't mind, why don't you use the needle in the syringe to pull the liquid directly from the bottle? It would be fast (1/100000000 sec. :)) and if there is to much you could always get it back in the bottle, before you get used to the quantity needed to fill a cartridge. I'm asking because it's what I do and I'm afraid I'm missing something.

That's brilliant. Those are the only syringes I can get at the pharmacies here, and I was about to chuck them because they don't suck :)

@xogul, the needles of these tiny insulin syringes are too thin/small. They can't pull thick liquids like typical juices. You just get a vacuum in the syringe when you try to pull the liquid from a bottle using the needle.

Just pop the white cap off the cartomizer and drop liquid around the sides of the cart. No syringe needed. And you can see when it gets wet. I get blank ones and fill them myself. I get almost 20 drops on a new one.

Cartomizers are my main driving devices because they last and last. All my other devices I direct drip only and don't mess with carts at all. They are such a pain to deal with.

There are 20 ways to skin a cat. But you always end up with a skinned cat.

You need a prescription for syringes in NY state, too. Something that may work is called a worm blower, found in many bait and tackle shops, it's a squeeze bottle with a needle attachment. If the needle and the connector are the right size then you could use a marinade injector syringe with the worm blower's needle attached. I haven't tried it but it's just a brainstorm idea.
