Tthe only juices of that that kind that I have tried and enjoyed are Herbal Lung Juices from Nhaler. They are lovely, they taste good, they are low nic and Drew is an ECF approver vendor--has been for years.

Do they work? Who knows? I like the Green Tea and the Sleepy Time Green Tea.

Herbal Lung (8-12mg)

I could use those because here lately I can't sleep worth a crap or fall asleep until the wee hours of the morning!

If you only recently quit smoking you can go through a phase of insomnia while your brain has to adjust to no longer getting all that chemical crap from smoking. My sleep patterns were screwed up for about two months when I quit. It didn't have anything to do with too much nic from vaping, it was all about quit smoking withdrawal. It will pass.

Load of poop with no backing for the claims. Can't fathom the amount of vaping you would need to do to actually intake 3 mg of melatonin and that's even a bare minimum dose. Better start getting your sleepy time vape on... first thing when you get up in the morning.

Ever heard of a placebo effect, Rick? :D

Oh, it only takes less than 1 mg of melatonin, not 3. If it works for you, that is. ;)

I take a pill, once in awhile, with Valerian root, melatonin, passion flower and tryptophane, when I can't sleep. Or vape Drew's Sleepy Time tea. Both seem to have the same effect--sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.

We don't need false pseudo-medical benefit claims being made for e-liquids. That's something the FDA can pull those particular liquids for right now, nicotine question aside. They do it all the time when vitamin and supplement claims step over the line. And now we have a completely unproven delivery system for things such as vitamins and other supplements, let alone any research as to how these supplements actually work - on not - when absorbed transmucousally instead of being ingested.

I agree with you, Rick. :D

But like I said, I like Drew's Herbal lung juices--he doesn't make any claims. He just makes very good eliquids! And the herbal extracts he adds to his juices are much safer for inhalation than some of the food flavorings (think diacetyl and cinnamaldehyde) that are added to conventional eliquids. People have been vaping/smoking/inhaling herbal extracts for millennia--in Egyptian, Roman and Greek temples, in Moses' and Aaron's tents, etc. ;)

Relax!

If someone is going to do something with a medical effect, I'd like to see a menthol eucalyptus for a sore throat and coughing (as related to a cold) not the smokers cough that is slowly dissipating in so many of us.

Decadent Vapours makes Mentholyptus. Unfortunately, it's no longer available in the States.

Mentholyptus E-liquid
