Relaxing E Juice

I have just started vaping 2 weeks ago and just love it. I have read the forums and found discussions about some Juices keeping you awake my question is "Does anyone know of a juice that relaxes you?" I find that my sleep has definately be disturbed to say the least and I would love to know if there is a juice that puts you asleep or at ease.
Any help would be appreciated for this "vaping Granny".
The family is in shock that I am now vaping, I tell them age has no barriers.

The sleep issue could be withdrawal from all the other crap in an analog. You could take 50mg generic benedryl(active ingredient in OTC sleep meds but much cheaper).

It's the Nic level that will keep you awake, lower your Nic level at night time or all together and the vaping wont keep you awake as much or at all, especially if you vape 0mg after say 6pm at night.

Thanks mwa102464, I think I am still getting used to not smoking so I am afraid to lower the nicotine yet. Although I haven't felt like a analoge since I started vaping 2 weeks ago so that is an improvement.
