On Thursday 10/30/2014 at 09:48 am, I sent an email to Provape enquiring about a P3 Software Update and having 2 V 2.5 Provi fully tested and repaired.

At 12:48 on the same day Provape responded and issued an RMA# with instructions on the shipment of my Provi.

On Friday 10/31/2014 at 2:41 pm I sent them to Provape via USPS small flat rate box.

On Monday 11/03/2014 at 2:34 pm Provape received them.

On Tuesday 11/04/2014 at 3:14 pm Provape emailed the status as Awaiting Inspection.

On Thursday 11/06/2014 at 10:33 am Provape informed me that the P3 was updated, repairs assessed and completed on White Mini V 2.5. With no fault found on Black Mini V 2.5.

On Thursday 11/06/2014 at 11:26 am Provape informed me that their would be no charges and would provide me with return shipment tracking info.

On Thursday 11/06/2014 at 6:02 pm Provape provided me with tracking info.

On Saturday 11/08/2014 at 12:16 pm I received my 3 Provi safe and sound.

They have all been tested by me, and passed my vape tests with flying colors.:vapor::vapor::vapor:

Thank You Provape!!!

Jim

My stable pf provaries is at its low point. I have a tototal od 5, all the 2.5 gen. Right now 2 are down down. Onethrows a code and the other won't turn on. Here's to hoping provari has a quick and cheap turn around tim onn their repairs (raises jack on ice.)

Pro Vape has a super quick turn around time. You should read AstroTurf post about sending in 3 units (P3 for software upgrade & two 2.5 for repair). You should have your units up and running in no time.

I just picked up a bad one off ebay, their repair prices are reasonable but the return shipping is ridiculous. I wonder if you could buy something like a board on its own, otherwise its a little racket that department has going.
The return shipping price is for foreign only! In the US the return shipping is included :)

Yeah...if you're in the USA, you have nothing to worry about...I don't know what "racket" you're referring to...

13???

Are you sure youre not reading it upside down or suffering from a touch of dyslexia?

Do you mean E1?

That could look like a 13 if read backwards.

Also look at this thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...apv-discussion/542244-provari-error-13-a.html :toast:

I just looked at my owners manual and Provape only has error codes E1-E8 listed.

If it is an E1 then this is directly from the Provape manual:

E1 – Short Circuit / Shorted
Atomizer – If this error appears, remove the atomizer and replace with a different one
or lower your voltage settings The ProVari will automatically reset when the problem is fixed.

Try changing the atomizer or coil, then lower the voltage settings as low as they will go.Then remove and replace the battery and see if that doesnt fix it.
