I'm getting sick of my 5V box mods dying on me every couple of months. Sure they're only $25 or $30 but it's a pain to have to order a new one every time I turn around. And if they die without a spare on hand, I have to go back to my 3.7V which just doesn't cut it for me anymore.

I've found several review sites that list various mods but a lot of them are dead links or go to the seller's "item not found" page. I'm guessing there have been a lot of mods developed and discontinued over the last couple of years. As a result, I now come to you, fellow ECFers.

Here's what I'm looking for:

About $100 is my spending limit right now- That's for the mod, batteries and charger.
Can't be a cheap battery box mod. I've had my fill of those.
The Copper is out simply because I don't like their firing mechanism.
Edit: No juice boxes.
Must be 5-6V.

Help Me!

Well, thanks for your input guys.
However, my wife chimed in and said if I was getting a new mod, so was she. LOL
That cut my budget by about half so after spending the day researching the internet and ECF, I decided on getting us each a Bombshell from Hot Vapes. Depending on batteries, it can either be a 3.7 mod (which is what the wife likes) or a 6V mod (which is what I like)

I read too many bad reviews on the Turbo and VaprLife's customer service to go that route. They are a cool looking mod but I'm trying to get away from problems I've seen described about VaprLife's products. (And they're not vented! WTH?? )

From what I've read here and the video reviews I've watched, I think I've made a good choice with the Bombshell. It seems like they had a bad batch of switches at one point so hopefully that issue has been resolved.

Again thanks to you both for the input. Maybe at some point I will still check out that Triple V. It looks like one tough machine!
