ProVari v2 or v2.5 hits all those points, although you'll have to find one used to get it at that price. Reliable and ProVari are practically synonymous. It's a little more powerful than an MVP2, and built like a tank with fantastic support from the company even out of the warranty. I beat one to hell for years and it still does exactly what it's supposed to. It only does variable voltage though, no variable wattage unless you want to wait until December for the new v3 and pay retail, and at 15 watts max power it's fairly low powered compared to lots of newer devices, but it's as reliable as a hammer.

I have been hearing great things about the iStick from eLeaf. It's new to the market (within the past 4-6 weeks). It doesn't sub-ohm but does go up to 20 watts.

1. 2200mAh internal Li-Ion Battery
2. Variable Wattage (VW) up to 20W and Variable Voltage (VV) from 3v – 5.5v
3. 10-sec Protection: Maximum of 10 seconds per drag.
4. Atomizer Short-Circuit Protection: If atomizer short-circuits, the OLED screen show “Atomizer Short”.
5. Low-Voltage Protection: Once the battery is below 3.3V the OLED screen will show “Lock”, which means its time to recharge.
6. Unlock the Low-voltage Protection: The iStick begins working again once it reaches 3.65V.
7. Low power Alert: If the battery’s power is lower than 10%, the power symbol on the screen will flash.
8. Atomizers from 1ohm to 3ohm capable
9. Pass-Thru vaping while charging
10. ~ $50.00

Might need 2 save up for the P3... looks like only B&Ms will cary it but it looks like everything anyone would need

The B&Ms will get them first, but you will be able to order directly from ProVape soon after that.

If you have a local Provari dealer, ask if you can get on the pre-order or waiting list.

if ur looking for a mech that will last, try the king. I have the knurled brass king v2 and love it to death. Solid, great thick threrads, copper contacts, magnet switch, and the knurling on top and bottom of tubes makes it a no fuss mod that just works. It has 3 sections and you can use all batts and even an 18650 with a kick if ya want. All super solid heavy pieces

My Kangside e-Huge is a beast. It's vv/vw 3-6v and 3-15w. I believe its capped at 10 amps. I don't know if that matters to you or not. It's basically a 26650 vamo. But it's super durable. I've dropped it a few times and it barely scratched the metal. It's just a little big to be carrying around everywhere so that's when I got the iPV2 which has also never let me down. It's also super durable. I've dropped that once or twice and it has a couple scratches but it's still a beast at 50w. Or a mech, I have the EHPro Cronus clone mech and I have to say it's the best mech I've ever used before. Super smooth threads, super smooth switch, and voltage drop is 0.2 which is better than some that I've seen.

And here I thought I was the only one with an E-Huge! Even though I don't use it much anymore, with the exception of occasional dripping, I like it. Built like a tank and reliable. Also, because of the size, it could also be used as a weapon if needed....lol.

MVP3 coming out soon, will have 2 versions, the lower end one being at least 30w apparently, and i think the higher end version will have the new dna40 chip inside. If you cant wait, the istick has great reviews and is very cost effective.

The provari devices are about as reliable as they come but they are pricey for what they are, VERY pricey for what they are

Looking 4 a reliable mod that's as Reliable as an MVP2 with maybe a little more power... Will be used on an Aspire Nautalis or a Kangertech Aerotank... Debating Mechanical with a sub ohm Kangertech coil... Looking 2 spend under 100.00 non mech or mech...any reccomendations?

Judging only from your join date and the question you ask I'm led to assume you're fairly new to vaping. There's no other device with as long a track record of reliability than Provape's Provari. And contrary to what has become popular belief in this and other forums you don't have to sub-ohm to get a completely satisfying vape.
The Provari won't do that. You also won't get one for under $100 except in the classifieds maybe.

The current version Provari's are still a bit behind the times in terms of features (VW) but their reliability and durability over the long haul with the track record to back it up can't be beat.

If you're a sub-ohm cloud chaser trying to impress your friends then keep looking.

Been Vaping for like a yr... I've heard a million times how reliable the ProVari is,and they're finally catching up with the P3... I'm experienced with the MVP2 and they're reliable as hell also and fixing their only downfalls. I'll have 2 see how much MVP 3s gonna be running in comparison to the P3 and if the MVP3.0 will have the replacable batteries and 30 watts+
