Hey guys, just wondering if anybody has used or know a reliable site to buy the Innokin iTaste express kit? I saw one (I think it's TopBuy) that sells a kit for $48. Does anybody know if this is a reliable place to buy, or is there any other place that sells it for cheaper? I'm looking to buy 3 sets, so I'm hoping to maybe get it for a little cheaper but $48 IMO is pretty darn good regardless.

Also, where do you guys buy your eGo Stardust from? This will be my first time straying away from TotallyWicked products. I want to try Stardust clearomizers with the Innokin iTaste along with the other eGo-C atties that I have.

Thanks in advance! Oh...if it isn't much trouble, do you guys have any other recommendations to use with the Innokin iTaste? I like the eGo-C which is why I'm choosing the express kit rather than getting the other kit that has all the magnetic adapters and whatnot so I don't think I'll be using any other model like 808's or 901's. So, any suggestions with good 510/eGo-C cartomizers, clearomizers, atomizers, etc.?

gotvapes are the ones who use the Stardust name, maybe try them. the prices are good, but not dirt cheap. they are a quality vendor for sure, i can tell you that. i have had issues in the past that they have had immediate solutions for.

you should be fine with most devices on the itaste. that type of unit is decently versitale.

Here
I got mine from GotVapes as well, though I know others who got theirs from Health Cabin (though Health Cabin is over in China so you'll be waiting a long time to get it). You can't put a Stardust on the iTaste unless you buy an extender adapter, since Stardust type clearomizers have a circle skirt and the iTaste is square. It's a very minimal kit. I'm not a fan of the iTaste myself, nor of the quality of products I received in my first/only order from Got Vapes, but I live and I learn. GotVapes does ship out very quickly, so that's a plus.

The iTaste Express has a 510 connection and not a 510/ego as it doesn't have ego threading.
It will accept devices that have 510 threads and the skirt, but not a device or cone that requires ego threads.

A CE4 is a bottom coil; a CE4+ is a top coil (Microcig)
Vision 2.0 (replaceable head) and vision ego clearomizers (stardust) are top coil types.

To me a CE5 is a top coil replaceable that allows you to unscrew the tank/shell and atty head from the base.
Some vendors call it a CE4 CC others call it a CE5. I would ask your vendor for specifics of the ones you are interested in before purchasing.

"The battery (this is the V3 without voltage limitations) uses 510 thread, so this iTaste VV battery can be connected with 510, ego and many others. No adaptors needed!"

I also saw a video on YouTube where a guy using an iTaste express put his eGo-T on it. I was assuming it would also work with the eGo-C from TotallyWicked.

And thanks for the description of CE4 and CE5, really appreciate it.

Well the 'no adapters needed' is a lie because you can not use devices that require ego threads w/out them.
Yes the CE4's will work as long as they have 510 threads. The new iTaste will allow the skirt to go over the area where there should be ego threads.
Devices that have ego threading in the skirt will not work.

NP, it can be confusing at times, heck, most vendors aren't even aware of some of the devices they sell.

Maybe they mean that you don't need their square metal adapters.
Many devices only have 510 connections such as the Provari; BuzzPro; many versions of the Lavatube, box mods and many other devices.
It just depends if you need ego threads and if you do, then you need a ego adapter.

One iTaste V3 review....

That's the vid I saw. He put his ego-T on just like that, so I figure it should work the same with my ego-C since I used an ego-T on the same battery for the ego-C. My dad put on a stardust on his ego battery so it should all work fine with the iTaste express. If not then I'll buy an adapter!

One more question, I also got some SmokTech ReDux to try. They say 2.5-2.9 ohm. I've been vaping for a while now and just realized I never paid attention to that stuff since I've been using the same setup for a while now. What's the ohms relevant to? Also, is there a good range of voltage to use with a specified ohm amount such as the above mentioned since I just got a variable voltage device?

Safe vaping chart link....here. Click image and it will enlarge. Right click image and save to puter for reference later.
Ohms are basically the measure of resistance in the wire used to make the atty coil.
Batt voltage combined with atty ohms create a wattage. Wattage is the power or heat that you feel in the atty head.
The specific voltage range really depends on what you like. The voltage depends on what works best for the given device & juice.
That's the good thing about VV as you can adjust the voltage to taste.
