Relocating to Denver, maybe?

I'm heading out to the Denver area today (from the East coast) to check it out.
Maybe/possibly move there....who knows.
Any tips? From what I have read, Aurora is not the best area? True?...False?

I have a meeting with the Toyota dealer on Monday and have some other plans.
But any suggestions are welcome.
