Renewed yesterday but.... :(

I renewed my subscription yesterday. It didn't take, but I have the paypal receipt. Who do I PM the receipt to in order to get this fixed.

Thank You. I suspect the problem may be that I changed the email address associated with ECF some time during the last year. Paypal is associated with a different email.
