I don't think I would even have to do that on mine. The finish looks a lot like TRA, but it's glossy.

Really like your green door!!
Little time and effort pays off in the end.
My own version of super light door, drilled two different sized holes in a pattern, and when I was done drilling the aluminum had warped. I hand wet sanded the door on a block and it took the paint off in all the high spots, once I was done I hand worked the aluminum flat again. The raw aluminum exposed is perfectly polished to a nice machined looking shine.

I have silver vein. I had successfully put a copper vein door out of my mind. Here i go thinking about it again.

LOL, your not gonna believe this but mine are actually silver veins
I just took a closer look at my pic and they indeed do look like copper veins because of the table cloth
My old eyes didnt catch that when I uploaded the pic, here is a cleaner shot in better lighting
To be honest, when I first looked over the vast selection that was available, only the silver and copper veins appealed to my tastes and I was so torn as to which ones to order. In the end I decided with the silver. Now looking at my "copper" vein pic and seeing it in this new light, I really like the copper and wished I ordered the copper veins now

I just looked over the site and didn't see where I could order just doors, maybe I missed it somewhere. It wouldn't be the first time LOL. Do I just ask Rob for extra doors? I've been eyeballing a matching mini, might just have to inquire about 3 copper vein doors .
