Reo Help for a reo newbie

Alright, I want to buy a reo, but I'm not sure what rba/rda are bottom feeding. Any help?

You'll be hard pressed to find a better bottom fed atty than the Reomizer 2.0 and if you do it will likely cost you quite a bit more than $43.
