So do I but have a small spot on my face that won't heal he gave it a shot of nitrogen (dunno what thats supposed to do) and told me to watch it I told my wife maybe I just need to grow a beard and let it heal for a while she's not liking that idea much

It's prolly pre-cancerous cells (skin cancer has, like, 7 stages, 3 of them prior to being actual cancer). The nitrogen freezes (kills) them - you might see a red "rash" as they slough off. BTW, that type of cancer (god forbid it should develop into that in time) is the "good" kind - basal cell, non-metastasising, so it doesn't spread other than growing at the site.
I've had all too much experience with dermatologists and this kind of issue over the last few years.
The big thing is you're fine and have the appropriate medical attention to deal with it early and effectively (thank you, Canadian medicare).
On a lighter note, the beard would be cool.
Well, that can't be right all Canadians hate medicare, Or so that's what we are told.
No we are pretty happy with our medical system in that its not too expensive Im fortunate my company pays half of it but then we found out my wife as a nurse has full coverage i.e. the government pays all the provincial fees and then we have private insurance as well to cover prescriptions etc
Im not taking sides but I suspect his goal was something similar to what we have here but your all just a few years behind as yet
The wife not going for the beard as yet I am curious how many greys it has now
Mine was going grey when I was in my twenties my hair only the past 5 years but its getting faster now at least I still have a full head of it
