wait...that's pretty selfish... what to do what to do....
I have a son who is still in the waffling stage between smoking and vaping...he's just not ready to give 'em up yet. Told him if he hasn't quit or switched by then he will get a box with a pic of me giving him the "Mom stare" on the front that has all my Reo's inside

I'm getting a little worried about my son starting to smoke, I don't think he does but he's at that age. For the longest time I thought I was in the clear, he has asthma and I managed to convince him that if he smoked a cig his lung would collapse. I thought he bought it, but I must have put a little too much emphasis in the "cigarette" part and not the "smoking" part because I recently caught him testing my theory with something other than cigarettes.
At least he's not smoking cigs I suppose...

First time he got caught he was 16. He has tried several times to quit, longest was a 3 year stretch, but we all know how that goes. At 30 years old, 6-5 and 250 lbs I can't exactly put him across my knee anymore. I keep nudging but there's only so much you can nudge a grown man even if you're his Momma.

I'm hoping to have a good time. I need to really tear down both my Reos and clean them well and recoil them. Won't be tonight though.....Anyone using 2-3mm silica and kanthal? Looking for a starting point for a coil, want about 1.8 ohms. My RM2 burns inside for some reason, the soot accumulates terribly inside the cap at the top and I can taste it. I squonk bout everytime so I think that's covered.
Current coil is a micro at about 1.2ohms. Using cotton wicking, organic balls and KGD..

I SO wish i could help Fleet but I've never had that happen so i don't know the cure.
Do you dry burn the silica? maybe that's where the soot is coming from?
BTW....what kind of good time are you hoping to have?Gonna be jammin on your guitar?

No, I'm not using the silica at all. I'm just looking for a new build that won't burn. I'm thinking maybe redi-wick but times are tight. Silica I have and a few gauges of kanthal. So I was hoping to be able to use what I have...
Right now I'm listening to music spanning from now to 40 years ago. Gets me in the music groove. Then, yep, out comes the guitar.
Right now I'm listening to Elvis Costello. One of my favorite male vocalists. Don't know why......
Edit: probably the way he moves from major to minor key and makes it sound so good.

Figuring out context is not my forte
Both acronyms are used but the greatest usage that I've seen is in relation to vape mail. So people say ETA to indicate when they expect it. But, as you say, it also has another meaning, one that I did not know.
I ain't an old dog yet! Always willing to learn new tricks. Scuse me for awhile while I go practicing catching a frisbee in my mouth. Well, maybe not. Take it from an old hand that not having an extended jaw makes it difficult and painful. I know.
