Update on RxW. Tracey: I decided that .9ohms was too low for my liking so I made a coil, loosely spaced as described earlier, out of 30g Kanthal with 5 wraps. No legs to speak of the coil is pretty close to the pins. Came out at 1.5ohms which is much more to my liking. Just wanted to let you know I changed things up. Loving it.
Edit: I put a post in the main Reo forum asking if there were any issues with drawing the coil up tight to the pins. If I hear it's a problem I'll post back here.

Dismissed from Jury Duty.... I think....
As the Attorneys objected to this juror or that juror, I was eventually called to fill one of those seats.
I was asked three questions, then dismissed. I think...
But I still have to call back after 6pm for further instructions....

i ought to rewrap a couple of my batteries - they are looking a bit tatty. I run 16 in strict rotation, but since i don't use a tube mod where damage to the wrapper could be dangerous and cause a short to the case, i tend to just roll with it.
In any case, i measure my batteries on and off the charger and if i notice they are sagging over time, i just replace them. Typically HRH gets them, but she is more like a lot of sensible people - vapes for flavour and runs coils above 1.2Ω so my old 30A batteries still have plenty of punch for her use.

i used to get HRH to do it for me, but after 18 months she started to (rightly) think i was taking advantage and doing anything to remain in my chair, so she told me to DIY!
Those are the breaks sometimes.

I know nothing about chickens except that Dennis hates them and HRH cooks them, but i have to say in regard to Doffy's chickens not eating eggshells, i don't blame them!

My next purchase will probably be more kanthal and the easy diy kit my local B&M sells. I think with the REO coming tomorrow, I'll probably go through a little more juice than with my tanks, and at $10.60 a pop for a 33ml bottle, I think I'd rather start some diy and get use to it before getting stronger nic and making juice that way. I'm kinda looking forward to it...not as much as landing in REOville tomorrow, but still! lol
