Nope I got enveloped in getting my backside whooped on Counterstrike with a friend from work LOL
wow i aint played that in years i liked unreal and team fortress
I haven't played TF2 in a while, some friends got me hooked on Counterstrike: Global Offensive. One heck of an upgrade from the original, I must say. Still not as satisfying as TF2 though where you can put an arrow through someone's face and light their corpse on fire LOL.
Good morning, Reoville! It's been so busy for me and it doesn't make it easier that I will be taking Thursday off. Oh well, I will enjoy the day off during the week. Taking out the ham and turkey. My wife made the filling for a homemade mince pie. My sister has all the sides. So, we'll be going over to my sis's house for Christmas dinner along with my dad and my nephew who is home on leave from the Air Force. It should be a nice time. We usually go over for Thanksgiving, too, but she had to work, so this will be our one family gathering of the year. Hope all of you have a really wonderful day!

Good Morning REOVille. Easing through my first cup of coffee, trying to wake up. Have no clue what this day might hold, although the caramel nut pastries Mamaw left on the counter next to my coffee pot was a good start. I mention losing weight, she produces fattening foods.

It was great to see Karen posted.There's been a few "fresh porkies" joining us lately and they seem to be real live ones...WELCOME!
Hope everyone is as well as can be expected and looking forward to the holiday...or at least a day off from the work grind!
My pre-Christmas dinner went well, my GD impressed me with how much she helped. She even did all the cleaning up!
One GD's b/day is the day before Christmas , and the other one is the day after...BAD timing!!! So I'm having a get together on the 29th with all three of them and one husband and one boyfriend for ham n scalloped taters, it'll be a combo Christmas/birthdays.Then we play euchre..yahoo!

I have 2 grands topped off and with fresh batteries. I'll be headed to San Diego from Las Vegas, shortly. Have seen my parents in 2 months. It's going to be a wonderful trip.

I read this before my morning tea - sounded like you had one husband and one boyfriend. I thought "how modern".
I've been making cookies, candy and cupcakes for about two weeks...to find out yesterday that my (step)Mom and Dad are sick and postponing Christmas. I was really looking forward to unloading the freezer and the hourly battle against sugar coma.
Awe, that is too bad. Terribly sorry to hear that (step) Mom and Dad are sick, hope they get better real soon. I hope you have a good Christmas despite this little setback.
