Good Evening REOVille. Haven't been by much lately, been haunting other threads
Best quote of the Week "I'll get up in time to watch the Ball Drop.... on the 6am news tomorrow morning."
Actually, our subdivision sits by itself about 8 miles south of town. Pasture land and woods on either side of 40 houses spread across 50 acres or so. As midnight approaches, the fireworks (legal in SC, four miles away) and the shotguns will start. Our two Shepherds will get agitated. I will get up for a midnight snack (not that I need one) and maybe by 12:30 I'll be asleep again. But I have tomorrow off, so I'll sleep in so that's OK.

Happy New Year, Reonauts! It's amazing that the New Year came and I didn't have to stay up until midnight for it to get here! Stayed home, had a great cup of coffee, watched some of the festivities from Times Square, then zonked out about 9:00. I hope you all were safe and sound last night. Have a nice, pleasant start to 2015!

Happy New Year to all of you from Germany.
Maybe the new year listens to some of our hopes and wishes.

We had a nicely mellow and quiet New Year's Eve with mom, who came over for the event.
Being in her late 80th, I'm more than thankful for her strength, independance and wisdom.

This morning, 2015 welcomed us in style with blue skies and bright sunshine.
Everyone is cheering up after the dreaded December weather spell.
This is the way to go for 2015...
