Howdy Reoville, RedhatPat here. Checking in live from amish country to wish everyone a peaceful weekend. I haven't gotten the hang of multi-quoting on the iPad yet so bare with me.

My oldest was pried away from me to play D1 football... so im saving a few pennies until my 9th grader decides it 'grow time'..
as for bbq, im perfecting the reverse sear method on quite a few cuts. Good stuff. (im still grilling 15lbs plus at least one time a week though)

I've had a busy day so far. Did the dishes, made a little calendar of when I've been in the hospital and when I've seen doctors to help me figure out when I can start driving and go back to work, and half way through my second load of clothes. Had to take a break.
I think I foresee a nap in my near future.

wow, that's incredible you're doing so well. Just don't do too much hun! So very glad you're sleeping so much better too
Yup, I can occasionally sleep a whole 3 1/2 hours! Add in a couple of 1 1/2 naps and a little more if I'm lucky. Not too bad.
I think maybe it's getting time to stop soon. Last time I had a really good day and a half, I paid for it later.
But, it just feels so good to get up and move around!
They are not content with our provisions. Despite our best efforts to maintain peace in the household they refuse to be appeased. I despise the pimps...
Actually the first one I made was much healthier. I used splenda to sweeten and I took a envelope of maple and brown sugar oatmeal and added milk/margerine to it to make a little dribble over crust and it was good. But the others I have made were the good o'l fashion cobblers using real butter and sugar.

That recipe was why I thought I could use the maple oatmeal single serving envelop. Sometimes I can be quite creative.
heeheeI am so happy to read about how well you are doing. Isn't it amazing what can be done? Keep on doing whatever you are doing.
