reo or no?

So I am semi new to vaping (already to mec mods and coil building with safety) and I am very happy with my Manhattan. I am debating weather or not to get a reo grand or not. I am looking to have a mod to have for those days I don't want to carry batterys and juice (the shore, six flags driving etc.) But I want a mech. Any suggestions? I have tried the reo and liked it but curious to something else bottom fed.

I've not owned a Reo, but they are extremely popular on this forum. I myself have use another bottom feeder box mod, the Vapage VMod-XL. I liked it initally, but I prefer the tube form mods more. I also change flavors frequently throughout the day, and the bottom feeder mods don't lend kindly to that unless you use it with a rebuildable drip atomizer. The Vapage mod, by design, doesn't allow use of a rebuildable.

You cant go wrong with a reo. If you get a low profile grand you have alot of options as to rdas you can use. I've only had my grand a week but since it showed up I haven't used anything else. When I bought it, I purchased some extra bottles and currently have three of them filled with different flavors. Takes about thirty seconds to swap out. The rm2 is the rda I have and I love it. Really easy to build on and flavor is great. When I first started vaping I enjoyed buying new hardware every other day and trying new stuff out. After a while though, vaping became alot of work. Constantly cleaning tanks, pre built coils, charging batteries etc... Now all there is to do is enjoy my vaping. I use my rm2 as a dripper when im making new diy flavors, but other than that I just swap batteries once a day, make sure I've got juice in my bottles, and squonk away. Hassle free and not alot that can tear up. I love it

If you already have a round tooby thing get a Reo if you actually want a different/better experience. All the flavor and vapor output of a mech/dripper, but better flavor, and with none of the hassle of dripping. With a low profile model you can run just about any atty on it you want - as long as it's been designed for or converted to bottom feeding. If you do any amount of driving this will rapidly become a favorite since it only needs one hand to feed and operate. As far as price goes - you are paying for an indestructible device with some of the best machining going. They may not look like much in photos but once you get one in your hands you will get it.

There are other bottom feeders out there - if you don't mind getting on a waiting list. At least you can get a Reo - now - and get excellent backing to go with.

For me, the REO was/is the last word in vaping gear for my path. Works when it's supposed to, minimal hassle and it's just bullet proof. Simple, effective and reliable. For a day or two, the backup equipment is a spare squonk bottle and a few batteries. It is what it is and it does it well. I always carry a can of SNUS around too because you can't break that and it works when nothing else does. My $0.02. Enjoy and good luck.

Get yourself a reo.

Best case: you love it and then buy 5 more (it happens... lordy, it happens).

Ah - the great Reo paradox: You buy more of them, because they perform exactly the same. That is to say: wonderfully well. If there is one thing Rob is, he sure is consistent.

Wow amazing amount of responses! Thanks all that responded I read them all and it's much help so now I'm convinced I'll get one. I am friends with the owner of my local vape store and he said he will give me his reo grand for 100 with 3 bottles sub ohm kit and reomizer 2.0. I figure that's a good start and I'll probably love it and then get the LP model. Again, way to welcome the new guy to the forums. My Manhattan with stillare is great but I definitely want the reo even more now.

Wow - $100 for that gear is a steal (it's not stolen is it? :)). Snap it up. To be able to get to Reoville so soon in your vaping career and at that price is a real leg up.

Check out the reo subforum to hang out with tonnes (we're metric where I live) of people who are all too willing to share tips and tricks for dialling in the perfect vape.

That is a stellar deal without question. You will be quite pleased with your Reo.

The Reo is everything a good mod should be, no less and no more. It's gets the job done.
