They will all fall out if you slide them down slightly, if there's no battery in the REO. If there's a battery in there, the magnets will catch on the battery itself to keep it from dropping out. So the TRA door is "normal". Have you compared the width of the 2 doors? And have you laid the recalcitrant door on a flat surface to make sure it's not bent "long ways"?

LOLOL :facepalm:Ok..didn't know this and I feel dumb. My batts should be delivered now so I will set it all up later and check it out further. Thanks so much

I slide one coil into both posts then bend the ends up, slide the other coil in. I then straighten the legs and position both the coils so that positive legs are same distance from the post and tighten that screw. Then I do the same with other side. Having two drill bits to use in the coils helps and I do this even If I wrapped them on the gizmo.

I did have two separate luer lock needles but...I don't know why, I can't seem to count to 11 twice  So my coil count wasn't correct on one cuz I counted the first half wrap as one accidentally and the screw snapped the wire off any way when I tried to tighten it down.

Then when I thread the second coil into the center post, it kept going down and under the other coil versus up and over. But I know it's noob error and I will keep working at it.

I have NO clue how people build quads. I have a better appreciation for all the coil gurus now.

I do the same as FB but I take a pic of the coil with my phone and blow it up to count the wraps. Then adjust as needed... Goo to here you got it built though Angie. You might want to file your post screws down a little to take off the burr's that are on them. Nothing irks me more than shearing off a wire to a perfectly good coil...
