I was really sad to see my Grand go but cant afford to get another Grand or a mini so had to make the tough decision of letting either my Woodvil or Grand go to get a mini 2.1.Im just glad that its going to someone who will love it as much as I did.It was my first Reo and will always mean so much to me .

Thank you to Racehorse for giving me the chance to have it and learn how amazing a Reo can be :)

I don't doubt the love for anyones own reo, hell I wouldn't sell mine. I can understand that. I'm not talking about anything rare one off or no longer made though, I'm talking about a current metal reo that's readily available brand spanking new and in the colors of your choice. new. with a spare bottle, never used, brand new. rob himself gives you an extra discount if he finds a blemish on one that he's not satisfied with, a blemish that most who get them can't even find. why would the same mod that's been used by someone for a while, and has chips scratches and who knows what, it's just used, be worth more than a brand new blemished one that is flawless and virginal? worth more? or worth saving like $14? I swear I think I've seen some sell for more than what a new one would cost. I don't get it, for an extra $20 I'd just order it new, add another $20 and have a low profile milled one too :)

I got off on a tangent/topic a bit talking about the Woods earlier but you're right if that's what your seeing with the metals.......I'd personally just buy a new one from Rob if it only meant saving a few bucks.....haven't been looking at Grands or the other metals in the classifieds recently but the points you make are definitely interesting. Love the Grands.....I consider them my Mad Max mods......I keep one in my car and one in my backpack during spring, summer and fall when I ride my motorcycle about everywhere except the grocery...lol....pretty much have one on me or near at all times.

I can remember when cigarettes were $.35 in a machine and gas was $.29 a gallon. Things change. Prices go up.

The popularity of the Reo seems to be increasing. And don't forget thousands are coming over from the dark side daily and that has an effect on prices as well.

Is that a Taiwanese Blue Beauty in your avi? If not, what type of rat snake is it?

Yeah, I don't do used on many things. Not on cars, not on houses, not anything really. Especially not mods.

I don't do leftovers either. I'm a picky freak like that.

Like others have said, unless it's something obtainable new, I would prefer to pay more and just get new.

I did buy one used REO. It was a mint VV woodvil from a trusted OG notorious (even from Rob) for keeping his mods pristine.

And it was pristine.

But the classies ain't for this kid when it comes to REOs. I've bought 2 chalices from the classies. One was brand new. The other I had a hell of a time removing the cinnamon flavor from.

And I also got one in a trade. It had pluid in it. It was even harder than that cinnamon flavor to remove. I almost sold it until I was successful boiling it in dish soap.

If flavors are hard to remove from something that I boiled in dish soap and soaked in alcohol, I can only imagine how hard they must be to remove from a REO.

Like I said, unless the only way to get it is the classies, I'm gonna buy new blem every time. And if Rob doesn't have it in blem, ima buy new.

But what I will say is I only vape unflavored nic. It leaves no taste and pretty much dissolves with water. And all my vape stuff is maintained in new condition so if you ever see me sellin something on the classies you can be assured that it's a solid deal :)

yeah, unflavored is so pure in taste that anything that's off, even ever so slightly, will taint it :)

cars I buy used, always, but were talking about saving at least 50%, sometimes 80% or better, no one is going to buy a 3 year old car with 60k miles for $1,500 less than a brand new one that's for sure :D usually for it to even be worth buying something used it has to be significantly cheaper I guess is my point, a mod that costs $150 to your door brand new should cost ~$75 used, but it certainly doesn't work that way in the ecig world that's for sure... hell many things in the ecig world are just wack, guys paying for stuff months in advance and waiting and waiting on pushed back deadlines... yeah, I just don't get it :)

Just a heads up all you wild vapers looking for brand new chalices - it's about to be rolled out. Like in a day or two :) :)

Several of us have asked Mark Bugs (the fabricator of the chalice) if he will do a 1/16" airhole. He said yes if he gets a count of how many of us want a 1/16" airhole by end of the day today. Stock size is 1mm.

So why not drop over to his thread and be counted :)

Here's a link :)

Remember the new chalices have new killer screws that accept a flat driver :)

Take it from someone who learned the hard way- After you sell your REOS on the classies, Close the Thread ! It can be done along the taskbar under Administration. A friend on another thread thought he'd found what he was looking for- until he realized I had sold that mini last week. Some people just get excited for REOS Mods ! (ecspecially those who traded/ swapped away their first REOS and now regret doing so....)
