If it wasn't for the classifieds here on ECF I would not have become a Reonaut three years ago today!

Nothing was in stock on reosmods. Back then Robert had sales for the metal REO's like the wood ones now.

On 3/11/2011 I spent $130 for my Purple Grand, a single battery charger, two 18650, and I think he threw in a couple atty's, shipping included. New REO's Grands were selling for $139 plus $6.95 for shipping.

I now have 54 REO's. Out of my whole collection about 15 were bought new or gifted to me.

Because of the classy's I was able to purchase rare, no longer made models and finishes, and unique REO's. Also lots of different woods!

Prices varied. Some were new price, lots were under new price. I made the decisions to buy depending on the real value of any certain one. If it was no longer made and not many made then I was willing to pay more. Sometimes I was very happy to get a deal that was a real steal!

I feel when pricing a REO the seller should be fair and factor in the age and condition. If I don't agree on price for it I will not buy.
