To hold the kick perfectly in a reo back when I used a black rubber washer the size of the top of the kick. I'd cut out areas on the washer that needed to be removed so it would lay flat on the kick. Then the kick would hold flat and straight up against the black delrin base with the center pin on the kick sticking threw the cutout so the contact pin of the reo would make contact..

Do I have a picture?? No idea. Would take awhile to find one. Don't even know if I still have the washer I used. Still have the kick 2.

So just a rubber washer you can find in the plumbing department at a hardware store. they usually sell a multi sized set in a package. It's like an 8th of an inch thick.

Correction.. the kick 2 don't need any spacer/rubber washer to hold straight or tight in the reo grand.

It's a nice fit between the wall between the bottle and battery. The large blue square pot on the top of the kick 2 serves as a nice spacer that rests up against the black base at the top of the reo.

Even with a SL reo the 2 ground pins hit just right either at the back or side of the mod.

I ran a wire from a ground pin to the spring of the reo. Basicly just made a loop at the end of the wire and connected it around the pin end To hold it to the kick and just stuck the other wire end near the bottom between the spring and with the battery installed it will just squeeze the spring down on the wire.

Obviously one would want to solder one end of the wire to the pin for a better connection. and or just buy a raw tumbled reo.

Would upload the pics I took but not sure if I can figure it out from the phone heh.
