i have a 5ml nautilis thats just an inconsistent pile of crap while having a 2 ml mini nautilis that works like a champion.I use the same bvc coils in both tanks and im just dumbfounded how the larger nautilis is behaving so much differently then my mini?

mouth fulls of juice and gurgling steady. ive cleaned it a half dozen times, swapped out coils, just constantly a disappointment. any ideas what i could do or im not doing? the mini works outstanding.thanks.

Are you sure the tank and coils are genuine? You can check the scratch codes on Aspire's website. There's a lot of clones with problems around.

As mentioned, only hand tighten.

Also check there is no damage to the tank rims, that the upper seal is the right way round, or anything else that could stop it being airtight.

A slight gurgle after filling or pulling too hard can usually be fixed by turning it upside down for 30 seconds or so.

The only thing I can think of is to tell you NOT to tighten the base too much. It seals very easy and when you tighten too much, the fluid leaks out. Hope this helps.

i didn't think i was overtightening the tank but you could very wel be right.tonight i didnt tighten it completely by hand and left it out a half turn from my usual.its been fine ever since.thanks very much for the tip.

whats odd is i tightened it the same as i tighten my mini, yet never had this issue. live and learn.thanks again

I have read a lot about the aspire BDC and BVC coils, some say they are great some say not so great. Personally I prefer kanger tanks and coils and rebuild the coils vertical for my emow mega.

Not had any issues with leaks, gurgling or dry hits with my own rebuild coils.

Here is a thread I did on how to do it if you are interested
